As requested by Scott to have a double date and after debating, we ended up at Landmark beach in Victoria Island. It is a great evening for the four of us to have so much fun and we are getting a kick out of every moment.

While I was just in my cotton shorts, Scott is in his striped outfit, Ren in her wrap skirt with a crop top, and Becky in her short loose-fitting dress, everyone putting on a pair of flip flops.

They say memories are made in flip-flops.

After playing some volleyball and bucket ball games, dancing, taking crazy pictures, and laughing our asses off, we eventually decided to chill out.

The real dates here, Scott and her girl are relaxing on the wooden deck chairs under their canopy while Ren and I are on the beach mat under our DIY canopy, enjoying some chocolate brownies placed between us.

"So tell me, why did you intend to stay in your dad's mansion despite being in college?" Karen asks as we are munching on some brownies.

"It was my choice since my first year but I have been regretting it so far, even though an apartment has been sealed for me, I just have to graduate for the chief to hand me the keys," I express.

"So you don't wanna rent one with your money,"

"Exactly, I want to owe one settled by my dad," I say and we both chuckle while Scott and Becky, laughing out loud, from where they are, catch our attention.

We both look in their direction to see them having a good time together, making jokes.

"Your dude is finally in a relationship, what are you waiting for?" Karen teases and I scoff a little.

"I'm waiting for you, Ren," I answer in my calm deep voice, then I adjust my position as I lean on my elbow, side-lying, looking into her eyes.

She crosses her legs while sitting still.

Everywhere is so cozy and we keep enjoying the gentle breeze and the sunshine with the water waves oozing onto the white sands in front of us. It feels like we are having the best moments of our life together.

"Ha ha," She reacts, rolling her eyes.

"To be honest, everyone around us thinks we are dating," I let out. "Have you noticed that?"

"That reminds me of Angela,"

"Angela also think of that?" I marvel.

"Yeah, when I confronted her about disclosing my dad to you, her response was," She begins and decided to express how Angela reacted, furrowing her brows in confusion, "I thought you guys are dating," She says in Angela's high tone.

I burst out laughing while she grins before she proceeds.

"I was like, you are not even here with us, how did you know that? She replied she could smell it,"

"Lmao," I react as I couldn't stop laughing.

"I told her that she needs to do something with her sense of smell because she has got it wrong," She adds and I shake my head in disbelief.

"It's just like my high school, whenever you were close to any student or teacher of the opposite sex, they assumed you were in a relationship with the person and made sure they find evidence to prove it,"

"Exactly," I agree with her. "I can't blame Angela, even my mom thinks of that," I add as I reach for another brownie and it happens to be the last one.

We both look into each other eyes in surprise wondering how we finished the yummy brownies.

"Unbelievable," She wonders.
