I gasped as I sat up making some people scream, "AH!"

"Quit it you idiot! She just woke up! Don't scare her!" Yelled a man as the other snarled at him.

"Me?! You're the one yelling here!" Yelled the other man who seemed to be ice fisherman.

"Will you two please calm down? Our guest just woke up." Said an elderly voice as I whipped my head to her.

"Ah! So sorry leader!" They both said as they moved away to give her space as she soon sat near the fire and me.

"Are you alright? How are you feeling?" She asked softly.

I checked my surroundings finding out I am in cabin, "Uh...Okay...Thank you for um...finding me..." I thanked her as she smiled.

"Of course my dear. You're lucky some of my tribe found you. You would've been a victime of the ice soldiers out there roaming the land." She stated as she soon put more wood to keep the fire burning.

"Ice soldiers...?" I asked as I moved a bit.

"You must be new over in this part of the region. We have a ruler called the Ice Emperor that runs terror amongst the villages and will take out anyone that threatens him. Especially Vex, his second in command. The most despicable one of them all above. Ah. I haven't told you my name. My name is Sorla. It is nice to meet you." Informed the woman I now know as Sorla.

"Are you...the leader of this tribe...?" I asked she nodded.

"You are correct. I am the Grand Lake's leader in the tribe. Well, when there was still a lake. May I know your name?" She asked.

"(Y/N). It is nice to meet you as well." I gave her a small smile to show my kindness as she did the same thing.

"What a beautiful name! Oh, dear. We shouldn't keep talking, look at how freezing you look. Come my dear. Let's get you a coat and some gear to wear for this harsh weather." Said the leader of the Great Lake Tribe.

I soon followed her as I waved goodbye to the two men who waved back with a smile, "Ah. This will do just nice. Nice and comfy. It goes right over your attire. That's a perfect match! Your attire seems different. Why's that?" She gave a smile to see my new attire.

I had now a winter leather coat that was (F/C) with some blue to show that I am with their tribe as Sorla gave me mittens and boots, "The thing is...I come from a different place...entirely...and I was hoping you'd help me find my home again." I explained as she gave me some food as we went to her respective cabin.

She gave me a look before smiling, "A different realm I suppose?" She asked as I grew shocked at her guess.

"Why yes...! How did you—" I started.

"You don't seem like any of the inhabitants of this place. So it was quite easy. But now that you know where you are and who you should avoid. Why not stay here until we can find something that can help? I'm sure it wouldn't be that long. You can go explore around the village. But do not wander too far or else the Ice Emperor can figure out where you are and strike you down since you are not from this realm." Informed Sorla as I nodded.
