"Well if you try hard enough, things will work out!"
-Ash Ketchum

"Awesome Lucario you did great!" I shout as the aura Pokémon just finished the final battle of the Pokémon Kalos League, where instead of competing to become the champion, I'm defending my title as champion

"Awesome Lucario you did great!" I shout as the aura Pokémon just finished the final battle of the Pokémon Kalos League, where instead of competing to become the champion, I'm defending my title as champion.

"Alright, return you did amazing."
"Pika Pi!" I smile and wave to the crowd to acknowledge my win as I return Lucario into the Pokéball and listen to my Pikachu coo in my ear.

Oh god, I have another meeting

Oh god, I have another meeting. You see many amazing, incredible things come with being champion of the Kalos, and I'm truly grateful! But some absolutely draining, boring things come with it too, like meetings. I didn't become champion to sit in a room with stuffy old people to discuss the newest soda I'm gonna be advertising that probably tastes horrible, while my brain explodes as they bring up money, percentages and revenue.

But lucky for me, today's meeting is something I'm actually passionate about, Pokémon; more specifically helping Pokémon.

They're are many countries and regions, but only a couple welcome and adore Pokémon, such regions being Kanto, Sinnoh, Galar, Kalos, etc; so to guard them we have made sure no Pokémon ever get to the unwelcoming regions. But recently Pokémon have somehow made Japan, which is really bad news since we have no idea how they got there or how the mass public will react. We don't even exactly know how many are in Japan so it will be hard to just gather them all and take them back to their regions without the worry of it being in vain and the Pokémon reproducing making up for the returned creatures.

So here's where I, Y/n Ketchum come in! My 'quirk' is Pokémon which has run in my family for generations.
