"Champion! Nice to see you well"
'Oh hell nah'  I turn around quickly and try to put on my most believable, polite face. "Chairmen Rose! Nice to see you too" The Chairmen of Galar always made me uncomfortable, the weird business relationship between him and Leon always freaked me out. He shifts his eyes to my shoulder where my Pikachu is resting, rather comfortably "Ah, and your Pikachu still refuses to go into its Pokeball?" I nod as I feel Pikachu almost try to hide despite the small space it has on my upper body, ears tensed, and tail standing up slightly, it was obvious he doesn't like Rose either.

"Well I am sorry to rush but I must get going, I am needed considering my new mission." He nods and bids me farewell with a fake smile that practically makes poison drip out of his mouth, I speed walk off to the meeting room.

I walk into the rather stuffy meeting room, greeted by some of the champions of other regions and a couple of big shots. Quickly seeing a rather recognizable professor Sycamore standing with the other Pokémon expert, professor Oak.
"Professors! Alola!" I quickly greet trying not to seem too nervous, as much as I talk to Sycamore regarding my Lucario's (and a couple of other pokemon's) mega evolution I still can't seem to not be nervous talking to such an important Pokémon figure.
"Ah! If it isn't the champ, congratulations on another wonderful win" I thank him and slightly readjust my shoulder feeling Pikachu shuffling around. "Thank you it wasn't much of a challenge. But if I may ask, are there any updates on how the Pokémon got to Japan?" Professor Oak seems to perk up and quickly answers for Sycamore.
"Sadly no, we are still trying to figure out how they somehow managed to get to Japan. But we are getting help from principal ne-"

Oak was abruptly cut short by professor Kukui announcing for all of us to sit and pay attention. I sat next to Kukui, I would have preferred to sit next to some of the other champions to feel less stupid sitting next to all these smart researchers, but alas since I am the test dummy I'm required to sit with them.

"Thank you all for coming I appreciate all the support," Kukui starts before glancing at me and smiling at me. "I would also like to thank the Kalos champion Y/n for playing a huge role in this mission to help these Pokémon. But onto the main matter at hand. Recently, Pokemon have been popping up all over Japan, which can be a safety issue for not only the citizens but also the Pokémon themselves"
