"What are we going to do" my husband said

"I don't think there's anything we can do" I replied

"Are you sure I saw an add of a camp" he replied

"What kind of camp?"

"It said it makes people like her better"

"Oh well that's a bit extreme don't you think we should give it a week or 2 to see if it fixes itself"

"Ok that a good idea if she doesn't tho she's going to the camp I will not live in the same house as that thing" he replied a piece of me felt bad for y/n but I know it was what was best for her

"Cami!" Y/n screamed running down the stairs jumping into the girls arms

They would be a cute couple I thought in the back of my mind then y/n whispered something into her ear and she smiled

Before joe asked Camila to come talk

"Are you dating my daughter" he asked and her eyes went wide

"N-no" she shook her head looking scared to death

"Your lying I will not have lying in this house"

"I-" she couldn't respond

"N-not y-yet" I feel bad for the poor girl at this point

"Joe go easy on the poor girl she looks scared to death come on would it really matter that much for our daughter to be dating a girl?"

"Yes that's not normal" he replied turned back to Camila I think her name is

"Not yet? What's that supposed to mean" he glared at her

"We ah we ain't dating yet but I- I was going to ask her to be my girlfriend-" she looked down

"The- the day after her birthday" she said shyly

"Ok leave that's all I needed" he said and she ran straight upstairs

"I'm booking the camp she's going on her birthday"

"No that's cruel we can't do it on her birthday"

"Fine she'll go the day before then"

"You want her to be there on her birthday?"

"I don't care when she goes but it's certainly not going to be the day after" he started to rise his voice

"Fine she'll go the day before but we're celebrating next week as well she'll at least have something"
