I woke up in my new room to some knocking on the door then the person just came in deep down I knew it was my birthday but I was trying my hardest just to forget and pretend it was just a normal day so I made it a goal not to look at any dates today
"Hey I'm your roommate my names lizzie but people call me liv for short not really sure why though "
"How can you be so bubbly and happy so early in the morning how is it even possible" I replied
"Since it's your first day you get a 2 days off a year and some holidays your so lucky cause it's your first day we get Christmas, your birthday and first day off"
"Oh great doesn't my day just keep getting better" I roll my eyes which I soon realize was dumb and how I should have just smiled
"Why do you still seem sad you should not be sad unless it's your birthday and your first day cause that would really suck cause then you'd less break days"

"Ohh it is well that sucks I have to throw you a party tonight yes ok that what I'll do that's for the one free day bye the way I'm supposed to be showing you around today but I'll do that later"
"No please don't I really don't want a party today"
"Oh come on it will lighten the mood and will be fun"
"No it really won't I'm in the mood for anything but a party right now"
"Oh yes you do it will light the mood I'm going to go set it up" before I could protest she said was out the doors
