Hello everyone, this is the 20th chapter of the story and I'm thinking about ending the story at 30 - 40 chapters. I don't want to strech it out for too long...
Recap: Obanai and Y/N decided that they would tell the others they were in a relationship...
Y/N POV:
I'm a little nervous to tell the others but I'm also quite excited at the same time. I've never had a boyfriend before so this is my first time having one. It certainly is an experience.
Obanai POV:
We're really telling the others now huh? I'm actually moving on from Mitsuri...
I loved her for the last few years, I really thought she was the one but I guess not. I love Y/N more than I loved Mitsuri and this time it wasn't love at first sight. When I first met Y/N, I hated her. She seemed so stuck up and arrogant but as I got to know her I fell in love with her...
She was perfect
~In the evening~
All the hashiras met up at a cafe. Y/N and Obanai arrive there first and wait for everyone to reach...
Y/N POV:
Once everyone got to the cafe, we were ready to tell them. We held hands and I took a deep breath. "Hey guys," I began, "this may be a little unexpected but we have something important to tell you."
The others looked at us like children expecting something from us. Obanai and I shared a smile and told the others...
"We're dating!"
"We're dating."
Tengens jaw dropped
Gyomei looked taken aback
Sanemi and Mitsuri smirked
Shinobu laughed
Rengoku's face lit up
Even Giyuu looked surprised
"Didn't you like Mitsuri?" asked Tengen...
"LIKED," said Obanai, "past tense."
Mitsuri looked at him with a slightly hurt expression...
"You could've just told me you know. If you did, it would have been me and you confessing to the others while Y/N sat here knowing that she missed her chance and lost everything!"
Obanai nodded, "Kay cool, does anyone have any questions?"
Sanemi laughed like a madman
I was prepared for Obanai to reject Mitsuri but I thought he'd do it politely. I didn't expect him to be so brutal...
"I think you guys make a flamboyant couple!" exclaimed Tengen thrusting his fist in the air. "Agreed," sobbed Gyomei, "I'm crying tears of joy."
"Good for you guys," smiled Shinobu...
"Okay," responded Giyuu, and that was all he said...
They didn't think much of us being in a relationship and neither did I...
So that was it, it was that simple...
