Leave it to Sam to agree with helping the leeches fight a battle that wasn't theirs. In fact, leave it to him to even agree to this dumb training session.

Leah was more than annoyed as she showed up for the training session.

The cowboy leech, Jasper, was going to train them on how to fight new-borns. So they could protect precious Bella. Why was she so special anyways? She had the leeches and Jacob fawning over her all the time.

Huffing, Leah lets her eyes trail around the group. Finally stopping on the bitchy blonde, Rosalie. It was her turn to try and fight the leech.

"Go!" Jasper calls to them.

Growling, Leah bows down slightly before rushing forward. Only for blondie to move out of her way. She skidded to a halt, stunned. Not many people could dodge her attack. She spun around on her heels to see the blonde smirking as she casually looked at her nails on her left hand.

Another growl escapes the wolf before she charges forward again, this time knocking into the blonde.

Rosalie was surprised for a moment before she began to push back against Leah.

The wolf releases a pained yelp before trying to completely move away, favouring her front right paw.

Rosalie stopped when she realized she was hurting Leah, there was no point in them getting hurt during training because then they couldn't fight in the real battle.

Leah shook out her fur before releasing a growl, locking eyes with Rosalie. The wolf's eyes widened before she turned and ran off.

Rosalie stood up straight, frowning. "You wolves are weird." She said before she walked off.

"What was that back there?" Emmett asks, following her into the house.

"What was what?" Rosalie asked as she made her way into the living room and flopped casually onto a seat.

Frowning, Emmett moved forward and sat down with her. "Between you and Leah."

"What are you talking about?" Rosalie asked, confused as she looked at him.

"You didn't feel the air change between you? When you were fighting?" Emmett asked with a frown.

Rosalie shook her head. "I have no idea what you're talking about."

"No, he's onto something." Edward said as he entered the house with Bella and the rest of their family.

Rosalie frowned. "But I don't know what he's talking about." she said.

Bella shifted beside Edward. "I might. Jacob said that wolves, they Imprint by looking into the eyes of their mate."

"That's ridiculous." Rosalie said.

Edward frowned and shook his head. "It's not, when Leah looked at you only one word went through her mind. Mate."

"That's insane. It's nuts." Rosalie said, she ran her fingers through her hair. "I'm not the mate of a mangy mongrel."

"Actually." Alice said. "I've seen it."

"What?! No. Your visions aren't always true. They change when people make decisions." Rosalie said.

Alice rolled her eyes and stepped closer to Jasper. "Rose, you're mated to her."

"No I'm not, I'm mated to Emmett." Rosalie responded instantly.

"That's crap and you know it." Edward said. "I heard her thoughts and Alice saw it. It must be true."

Rosalie shook her head. "No."

Emmett shifted in his seat. "Rose, maybe they're right." He said softly. "You know I love you, but things between us have been off these past few years-"

"Stop!" Rosalie barked. "Shut up, do you know how insane you sound?" She asked. "There's nothing between that dog and me. I love you, Emmett." She got to her feet. "I'm getting some air, hopefully when I get back, you've all come to your senses." In the blink of an eye, Rosalie was gone, out the front door with a whoosh.
