✈️ Chapter 26 ✈️

Jungkook brought some clothes and stuff and then left the house, Jieun who at that time didn't stop crying and trying to hold Jungkook finally gave up and let him go. A marriage that was supposed to have a happy ending is now gone.

Jungkook went to the address Jin sent him earlier, they exchanged numbers when they met before.

After 2 ringing the bell finally the door opened and Jin greeted him.

"Hi" Jungkook immediately let go of his suitcase and hugged Jin tightly.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I know this is very hard for you but I'm sorry, I can't do it Jin, I can't do what you ask me to do"

"It's okay" Jin rested his chin on Jungkook's shoulder and rubbed his back.

"Daddy.. is that you? Why are you crying?" JK walked over to the two of them and Jin immediately let go of his hug.

"Daddy's not crying, daddy just misses you" Jungkook knelt down and hugged his son.

"Daddy, appa said you can fly a plane? I want to be like you too"

"Don't, don't be like me JK, be yourself, you are better than me"

"JK let your daddy in"

"Yes appa, daddy come in" JK pulled Jungkook's hand to go inside. They look very similar, JK looks like a mini version of Jungkook.

"Are you just living with JK?"

"No, I live with my mother, but she is out with her friends, maybe the day after tomorrow she will be back"

"Does she mind if I'm here?"

"No, she already knows you Jungkook, I told her everything"

"Daddy.."

"yes baby"

"Why did you just come now?" Jungkook just looked at Jin.

"I'm sorry baby, but my job makes me have to fly very far, and rarely come back"

"Hmm does that mean we won't see each other often? Aren't you going to stay here forever with us?"

"JK, let your daddy rest"

"It's okay Jin, I'm glad he wants to talk to me, JK, listen to daddy, daddy loves you and appa very much, if daddy isn't here for you it doesn't mean daddy left you, daddy will always come back, daddy promised, daddy will try to spend more time much for both of you"

"Jungkook, don't make promises if you can't keep them"

"That's right Jin"

"May I come with you to work?" JK said.

"Yeahh, you can go on the same flight as me, would you like?"

"Jungkook.." Jungkook turned to Jin and held Jin's hand.

"I'll take Rosie, they can play together right?" Jin nodded with a smile on his face.

A month later, Jungkook and Jieun officially divorced, Rosie's custody fell to Jungkook because he was the only one who had income and was considered able to support Rosie, but he asked the court to give Jieun the custody as her mother. He knew Jieun would be very depressed if she lost everything including Rosie.

Jungkook lives in the same apartment as Jin, only in a different unit. JK often comes to his father's unit when Jungkook comes home from work. It was 10:00 pm, as usual Jin came to Jungkook's unit to pick up JK.

He rang the bell and Jungkook opened the door.

"Where's JK?"

"Sleeping on the couch" Jin came in and Jungkook pointed at the couch.

"You must be tired of playing with him, I will take him home"

"Jin.." Jungkook held Jin's hand.

"Hmm"

"Don't you miss me?" Their eyes stared at each other, it would be a lie if Jin said no, but Jin knew if he said yes it would create new problems. Jungkook and Jieun just got divorced and it wouldn't be fair for him to say something like that to Jungkook.

"Jungkook, I have to take him home so you can rest"

"Let him stay here"

"But--"

"You can stay here too"

"Jungkook, I--"

"Jin.. I really miss you, how long will we be like this" Jungkook pulled Jin's body closer to him.

"Jungkook, I don't want to take a chance just because you're divorced, it's not fair to Jieun and--"

"Stop, there's only me, you and JK here, no Jieun"

"Jungkook..."

"I love you Jin, how many times do I have to say it?"

"I know, I know you love me and.. I love you too Jungkook but--" Jungkook grabbed Jin's head and kissed him.

"That's enough" Jin closed his eyes and let Jungkook do what he wanted, until tears rolled down his cheeks and..

"Appa..daddy.." Jin pushed Jungkook's body away and wiped his tears.

"Baby, let's go home, your daddy is very tired he should rest"

"But daddy said tomorrow he's off and I can stay here"

"What?" Jin turned to Jungkook.

"I already told you, so can he stay here?"

"Appa..pleasee.." Jin crossed his arms and looked at the two of them, making Jin laugh because they were so adorable with the same gaze.

"Yeah, you can stay here, but don't bother your dad, okay?"

"Why don't you stay here too?" Jungkook wrapped his arms around Jin's waist.

"Jungkook, stop, don't do that in front of him"

"Why?"

"Because I don't like it" Jin distanced himself from Jungkook
