Hiccup POV
Well, I don't why, but I'm nervous. Meeting Mer's dad?! That's pretty big! What if he doesn't like me? What if he thinks I'm not the one for her? Stop, your doubting yourself.
"So, this is my home!" She says. I look up to see this awesome big house. "Amazing!" I say. "Thanks." She says blushing. We walk in and I see a big guy sharpening an axe. I gulp.
"Merida!" He yells. He gets up and hugs and kisses Mer on the head. "Dad! Stop!" she says. He puts her down and looks at me. "Who's this?" He asks. "I-I'm Hiccup." I stutter. He looks at me and smiles. "Nice to meet you," he says," I'm Stoick, Merida's father."
Merida POV
I look at Hiccup and he kind of looks nervous. As my dad introduces himself, Hiccup looks a bit better now. "So, dad, I'm going to show Hiccup around." I say. He nods and I take Hic's hand and take him outside.
"That, is where I work." I say. "You work at a blacksmiths shop?" He asks. I nod. He smirks. "I'm impressed." He says. I blush. "This, is where we learn how to fight dragons." I say. He looks at me and has a confused looks on his face. "I thought you liked dragons?" He says out loud. "Shh!!" I yell.
My friends come over. I go and hug astrid. "Guys, this is Hiccup." I say. They all look at him. Astrid looks like she saw a ghost. "Astrid, are you alright?" I ask. "Yeah, I'm fine, I just have to talk to your dad." she says. I nod. Then, she runs.
Astrid POV
I run to Mer's house to talk to her dad. I can't believe she doesn't know who that is! I knock on the door. "Hello Astrid!" Stoick says. "I have to talk to you!" I scream. He looks worried. "What happened?" He asks. "Merida, she's going out-out- with.." I say out of breathe.
"What?!" He screams. "SHE'S GOING OUT WITH THE DUNBROCH PRINCE!" I yell. His face falls. Then, he looks angry. "I can't believe my little Viking is going out with one of those monsters!" He says. "Do you want me to tell her?" I ask. "No. I have to talk to her. Alone." He says.
