It had been a while since you'd had a 'good day.' You just kind of let what happened happen and nothing really made you happy. You stared at yourself in the mirror, wondering what had made you feel this way. You could barely feel what was happening, you were just going through the movements as if you were an NPC in a game.

You washed your face and yawned. On top of everything else, you hadn't been able to get a good night sleep for ages. You wiped your tired eyes and brushed your hair, putting on some music. You gave up on trying to feel alive, lay down in bed and tried to sleep. In your effort of doing so, you ended up once again giving in and started to cry.

You muffled your tears, you didn't want anyone else worrying. They were all downstairs playing games, and you wanted to join them, but there was another part of you that was holding you to the bed and not letting you out.

Meanwhile, Harry was downstairs, unable to focus on anything but why you were upstairs. He'd seen you acting off recently but was afraid to ask about it. Instead, he tried to be as nice as possible, giving you love and affection, but he was worried.

You let the music wash over you and cried. Your head told you that you were doomed. Nothing would change and that everything was going to be the same forever. You noticed as light poured in to the room as Harry walked in. "Y/N? You okay?"

You covered your face in a pillow, panicking and not wanting your boyfriend to worry about you. You held your breath and tried to just stay still and that Harry would eventually leave. Instead, he wrapped his arms around you and pulled you into his lap.

He saw you crying and the look on his face was enough to show that he was worried more than ever. "I'm sorry!" you said, burying your face in his chest and wanting him to not have to worry about you. He hugged you tight and held you close, "hey, it's okay Y/N, I'm here," he tried to calm you, he didn't want you to feel like this at all.

Harry wiped your eyes and looked at you, "why are you crying?" You explained everything to him, crying and feeling as helpless as you'd ever felt. Harry hugged you, "whatever you're going through I'm here for you, and I always will be. If you need anything I will give it to you and if there's anything I can do to make you feel better then I will."

You spent the afternoon sobbing in Harry's arms. You felt weak but you didn't care, maybe all that you really needed was for someone to listen, and for someone to finally care.
