Carm took him through the whole story of World War II, from start to finish.
He was shocked that he was telling a Soldier from the war he studied, from a bygone era...
All about his own war....
As you may expect, this came with complete future shock, with a book printed after the present date, with pictures that hadn't been taken yet in its pages.
"Don't tell anyone else about this," Carm said after he was done
"The war ends in May!" SL Gavin said, completely overjoyed
"We win!"
"Yeah, uh, it's great that you know this, but you must not tell anyone! You don't know what effect this may have!" Carm said cautiously
He'd seen enough time travel shenanigans in film to know how it very well could end.

"Shhhh! Keep your voice down!" Carm said back
"If you actually are from the future, then you probably need to find a place to rearm and resupply." The Second Lieutenant said
"Why yes! Where is it!" Carm said eagerly
"Follow us!" The Second Lieutenant said
