Her footsteps made light "tik" s it was sometimes difficult to recognize them.
But she got it. She knew she could get to you if she just found you. She could play hide n seek all day until you become tired.

You walked around with your friend
Your friend had a bad feeling about leaving so soon again

You stood in fear
Your friend grabbed your arm and ran before the demonic entity screamed chasing after you two

They panicked a little gripping on to your arm a little before..
You both managed to hide again.
"That was..close." your friend said exhausted
You nodded your shameless behavior almost had them dead.
They smiled a little
"I hope we both make it out here.."
You smiled back "yeah, it sucks here being chased like a rabbit."
"Funny, because we are always chasing eachother." You didn't get what they meant but it was something you laughed at anyway.
Do please your friend. They noticed your confused expression
"It's because we are always together, that's what I meant." You nodded
"I think the coast is clear."
You both got up and ran to a another hiding spot
Before your friend was being chased while you hid
Your friend shouting for you to stay put before they almost managed to reach to you.

She laughed

She grabbed your friend by the neck and ripped their skull from their neck the blood splashed near you..

The fear wasn't processing
Your heart was beating fast your breathing heavily tears come out finally as you crumble like a coat crying quietly to yourself.
Some of the blood swished on the ground slowly to you making you shake in shock
It was funny how close you were to your only friend..

You didn't dare peek it was gonna break you.
You sobbed harder thinking about everything you both have been through only to have them suffer a horrible fate..
You slowly walked out eyes still pouring tears
You saw their dead body disfigured by the neck
Laying there emotionless you slowly walked over to them and checked their pockets to find a piece of paper..
It was the picture of you both back at your school.. you found their favorite rock..
You slowly placed your head near their dead body not wanting to see their dead face crying to yourself looking into the paper
