SHE WAS ENJOYING HERSELF watching some videos on the YouTube habang kumakain nang niluto niyang cracklings nang may marahas na nagbukas ng pintuan. She jumped lightly on her bed and tried to sense the presence who just crashed in her humble abode. Hindi ito pamilyar sa kaniya at alam niyang hindi ito si Akyl because that man won't slam the door like that. Kilala niya sa pagiging maingat at mahinahon kung magbukas ng pintuan ang lalaki, kapag nagagalit ito ay hindi naman ito nagdadabog nang malala.

"Akyl!"

"Madam—"

"Akyl, are you here? You told me my son is staying here although it's hard to believe, then where is he? He's not even here!"

"Madam, I'm telling you the truth, he's been staying here after the last time he slept in the Dasovich Mansion, I double checked if he's really serious when I found out that he's sleeping here and he is. I thought before that he's just visiting someone here, like a friend pero dito po siya naninirahan kasama ang babaeng sinasabi ni Ma'am Chelsea."

"Do you know that entering someone else house without their permission is considered as trespassing?"

Napatingin ang mga ito sa kaniya. How dare them slammed her door like that.

The old woman who looks like Akyl a bit, raised her left eyebrow at her. "And who are you?"

"Madam, she's the one that Ma'am Chelsea talking about, the woman who live here together with your son—"

"I'm not talking to you, shut up and go outside, wait for me there. Until I finish talking to this woman." Tinuro pa siya nito. But Arrissia didn't even flinched even a bit dahil hindi siya takot sa presensiya nito at nanliliksi nitong mga matang pinupukol sa kaniya.

The man went out together with the other black in men outside the doorframe.

"Layuan mo ang anak ko,"

She tilted her head to the other side while crossing her arms on her chest and leaning on the wall. "What benefits that I can get if I'll follow you?"

The woman smile widely like she win a lottery.  "Sinasabi ko nga bang pera lang ang habol mo sa anak ko!"

She chuckles. "Oh no, ma'am. You're not answering my question, stop judging me like you know everything about me, we don't even know each other. I only know you as Akyl's mother, he told me that you're a good woman, what happened to your attitude in all of the sudden?"

Natigilan ito bago sumeryoso ang mukha. "It's none of your business, I just want the better woman for my son and you're not the woman for him, you're just like other poor women out there that wants money just to get rich and get out from this kind of dirty place. People like you isn't worthy for my son, he's too way out of your league. Kumbaga langit siya lupa ka lang o mas sabihing mas nasa ibaba pa ng lupa dahil mahirap ka pa sa daga,"

"Oh talaga? Tapos?"

The woman stood there bewildered with her reaction, hindi nagbago ang kaniyang walang emosiyong mukha at humikab pa na parang walang pake sa sinabi ng ginang.
