Of course, F/N regretted saying that she will keep an eye on the mask, he annoyed her most of the time. Sometimes, she got so annoyed she even screamed at the mask to stop annoying her. What, of course, didn't make the mask stop. You and the Plague doctor were talking about stuff that at least one of you encountered.

- I met a lot of 'SCPs' while raiding on some sites like those greenish crystal moths*, what gave me some scars. These little bastards have very sharp tips of their wings and were annoying to catch at least one of them since they all flyed around in groups. But we succeeded with catching two of them. Once I even saw that coward, old man getting one of our soldiers into his dimension. Never seen him again. - You said, looking at Plague doctor who listened in interest.

- I had met only a few. Mask, statue and a few 939s in breaches. I was lucky enough to not be in the interest of these lizards, and the statue, but mask, he wanted only to team up and be friends. - He said, looking at mask who was annoying the fuck out of the F/N.

- GOSH! CAN YOU FINNALY SHUT THE FUCK UP? YOUR SO ANNOYING. I WON'T KEEP AN EYE ON YOU ANYMORE! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! -  F/N screamed at the mask.

- But I didn't end the story! - Mask raised his voice.

- I. DON'T. CARE. LEAVE ME ALONE! - She screamed again, making the mask sad.

Mask walked away from her and truly left her alone.

- Woa. That was rude. - You said looking at pissed F/N then at a sad mask.

- Never seen him so sad before. - Plague doctor said, looking at the mask.

Both of them stayed quiet for a few moments, F/N seemed to get a little guilty for yelling at the mask. Then Pandora stopped in her tracks, which made you all stop.

- Hello? - A voice came from darkness which made the mask widen his eyes.

- With many voices. - He said very quietly.

- Anyone there? - The voice continued, making you, Pandora and F/N raise your guns.

Soon after you raised your guns, a few tapping noises, which sounded something with claws, were tapping on the concrete floor, slowly making its way to your location. Its mouth with pretty long needle-like bright reddish teeth came out from the darkness. It seemed it didn't have any eyes, soon after, its rest of the body with faint red skin and weird spikes coming from its head to back. It didn't have any tail somehow. It sniffed around, Pandora was the closest to it, so it sniffed her out first, but when it tried to pounce on her while screaming, she shot it while it was in mid air and fell to the ground dead with a thud.

- We need to get out of here, fast before its buddies pull up! - Pandora yelled and ran, we also ran after her, and also actually tried to keep up.

After some moments of running, we stopped to take a breath, luckly, we weren't followed by them and also we made it to enterance zone, since the rest of MTFs were probably in heavy or even in light, it should be easier to get the fuck of here with two anomalies in your pocket and two anomalies following you three. Pandora used her keycard to open the checkpoint and all five of you made the way to the other side. All of you walked for some time until you came across Gate A, from where your team came in. You opened the big blast doors with your keycard and then, all five of you came to the elevator. After some seconds all of you were on the upper part of the site, your team's car was still there after you got down the stairs. You looked back, 'We will miss you Derik.' you said in your mind and got into the car.
You waved a good bye to the anomalies, but also you hoped you will meet plague doctors soon in the future. And your team drove off, leaving the two anomalies there.
You took off your gas mask and looked from the car window, you had some time before you will be back in the base.

After some time, you and your team reached the base and parked your team's car in the parking slot for Chaos Insurgents. You came into the hall right in time for the gathering to start.

- Seems like Crows are back. Welcome back, have you completed your mission? - Head leader of the chaos insurgency said, looking at your group.

- Yes sir. We got the Panacea pills and the Jaded ring like you said we need to get. - Pandora answered since she was the leader of the group.

- Where is the Speed Demon? - Head leader had noticed that Derik was gone.

- He died by Plague Doctor’ hands. - This time you answered, there was hearable sadness in your voice.

Head leader stayed quiet for a while.

- Seems like we lost another great chaos insurgent. His funeral will be next week, I will inform the rest of his family. - Head leader said. Derik was his son so there was very hearable sadness in his voice.

*greenish crystal moths - like i said earlier at the start of the book, some SCPs are way different than their original self, one from SCPs what had the most design changes is SCP-553 as you can see.

First book that I REALLY enjoy writing and actually came back into writing it after a few days of break, which is a rare sight. And also i think i am becoming addicted to this book… )
