RECAP ON THE LAST CHAPTER :
Walking down the hall back to the kitchen I grabbed the clear blue pregnancy test and a plastic cup before going into the guest bathroom.
Saying a quick prayer I begin peeing inside the cup careful not to pee on my hand or anything. Once it was all in the cup I wiped and flushed before putting the test in the cup of urine.
Looking in the mirror I thought about every possible outcome and what could possible happen or what those test could say that'll change my life or make it.
Grabbing the box I seen that I had to wait at least 5 mins Getting results, so I quickly washed my hands before grabbing my phone scrolling through TikTok to lift my mood.
Did Duke even want kids if I was pregnant? How was he going to react to me possibly being pregnant?
Hearing the test beep I knew it was time, I know I should have duke here and telling him what's been going on with my body but I rather not because it it's false or negative I don't want it to cause conflict in our relationship.
Taking a deep breath I gently grabbed the test facing it the way that I couldn't see the results, I was mentally trying to prepare myself.
Did I even want a baby? I'm only 19 and me and duke only been together literally 1 month 1/2, we've been knowing each other for 3 months this is insane!
Looking at the test my mouth flew open "mamas you in here" I heard duke knock on the door meaning he was done streaming "Uh-uh yea"
"what you doing? open the door"
"Omg" I mumbled "hold up— I'm— im coming"
Hearing the doorknob twist then the door open Duke mugged me "what it say?" He eyed the test in my hand.
"it says I'm—-"
