(Barry called everyone for a meeting where Nora tells everyone the truth about her being stuck here)
Iris: So your not stuck here?
Nora: No, I'm not.
Ben:(mind) I knew it!
Caitlin: So the negative tachyons in your system?
Nora: Were put there because of me.
Cisco: Are you kidding? You know how many credit card points I just blew trying to get rid of your negative tachyons? I just bought a brand new spectral tachyeometer when I could have my Fiji get away. Not that I have anyone to go with, anymore.
(Ralph is about to say something)
Cisco: I'm not taking you to Fiji, Ralph.
Ben: Can I go with you?
Cisco: Sure.
Ralph: Hey!
Iris: Why didn't you guys tell us about this before?
(Nora shows a future news paper about The Flash, missing for 25 years)
Caitlin: Oh, my god!
Cecile: Barry never returns.
Joe: That's why you came here. To see you father, because you were raised without him.
Ben: And it explains why future Barry hasn't came here to help out Nora.
Iris: So what?
Barry: Iris.
Iris: So what that that article says that you never come back. So what if the other one says that you vanished. I mean, it's said other things before, right? We made it say other things before. So whatever the future brings we are gonna deal with it when it gets here. And change it if we need to.
Cisco: She has a point. If there's anything Team Flash is good at, it's handing the future its own ass and then some.
Caitlin: What he said.
Iris: Well, looks like Nora's gonna need more training after all.
Barry: Ok let's meet up at STAR labs, all right?
Ben: I'll go with you.
(STAR labs)
(Ben is reading up on all the team Flash missions before DeVoe showed up)
Barry: Ben.
Ben: Hey, I'm just looking at your past missions. Reverse-Flash, Zoom, and Savitar really did a number on you.
Barry: I really hated those fights.
Ben: Can I help you with something? I can help with Nora's training.
Barry: No, I wanted to ask you something. If you don't mind?
Ben: Ask away.
Barry: I'm training Nora by myself and she is rushing through our training. She has no patients and won't listen to me.
Ben: Sounds like me when I first started out as a hero.
Barry: It's like she's trying to take things on by herself, she's not ready to take them on and she's doing it anyway.
Ben: I think I see the problem.
Barry: You do!?
Ben: When I first got the Omnitrix, my Grandpa helped me learn how to use it. He was my hero, I even thought of him as my father. I guessing you had something similar with Joe right?
