Veronica Davies didn't choose to have a crush on her best friend. If she could, Veronica would use a hoover to remove all the butterflies that appeared in her stomach every time Ricky Bowen came around.
The only plan Veronica had at the beginning of her Junior Year was the same as every year: play the lead in whatever theater production East High put up (she couldn't just break her record, okay?). But what she definitely never planned was for those feelings she'd been holding in for so long to finally burst out, especially after spending so much time watching Ricky go after Nini.
However, Junior Year held many surprises, and with Nini and Ricky broken up, the latter coming up with a crazy plan to get his ex back, and East High putting up a production of High School Musical: The Musical, Veronica was in for a very interesting year.
But she would do it all again if she was asked to, because after all, Ricky Bowen was her Dream Boy.
