"Seriously Peter, Chloe??!" He had to be joking. He literally chose to date the girl that's been bullying Amelia and hates me with a passion.

"Very. You just being mean because you jealous. " he was serious. We continued to argue.

So I left his room not exactly want to talk to him any further

(Time skip to school.)
I was at my locker when Peter put a  smoothie in it and then walked away not saying a word.

"wat het tussen julle twee gebeur??(what happened between the two of you)" Amelia asked in Afrikaans very confused to our behavior.

"We got in a fight yesterday" I grabbed the smoothie and headed to home room.

I sat next to Amelia in the front row.

"Are you guys going to be okay?"

Just then Chloe and her gang walked in, she too,was sipping on a smoothie in one of the mugs aunt May owns. She smirked at me.

"I'm sure we'll be just fine".

It was currently lunch and Amelia was in the music room ,I headed to the cafeteria to get us drinks, and I really wish I hadn't.  In the far end at our friend group table, Chloe was sitting on peters  lap feeding him grapes.. it's nauseating.

I got the drinks before heading over.

"Peter, this is where you tell me its a joke and I'm stupid because i fell for it."

Chloe didn't like that ,so she smashed her spaghetti on my chest. I grabbed my drinks and left.

Message from Roni to Nat.

Hey mum can you bring me clothes??

Nat to roni.
Sorry love, I can't. I'm on my way to a mission in Lagos remember .literally flying a jet.

I couldn't think of anyone else but liz so I called because my break was nearly over and I needed clean clothes before my next class.

L: hey angel. Are you okay? What's wrong?

R: hey, I'm sorry to bother you but I have an emergency.

I told Liz about my situation and she told me she's on her way.
I was panicking because the spaghetti got on my blazer. A very expensive blazer than once belonged to Pepper , that once belonged to her mother. So.. screwed was an understatement.  I saw lizzie car pull up so I got in to change.

"Hey sweetheart, heres the clothes. Stay right here I'll be back in a few." With that lizzie got out of the car and headed inside. I changed into a hoodie and honestly this smell was so familiar.  I assumed it belonged to either her or Amelia. I folded my shirt and really said my last prayer as I looked at the blazer. Pepper was definitely going to kill me.

"Okay, amelia is on her way with your things. What do you want eat?" I didn't even hear the door open I was too busy overthinking about my situation..

Wait what?? We leaving?

"Uhm... where are we going? I cant leave, my mum will kill me? I literally begged her to come to a normal school. "

"Relax sweetheart. I got permission from her to fetch you"
I calmed down after that.

"Funny enough, when I walked in and said I'm here to pick you and amelia up. They asked if Scarlett gave permission for you to be fetched" she laughed to herself

"Did you know, they believe that Scarlett is your mom" she shook her head as if it's the most absurd thing.
Amelia finally showed up and put our things in the boot. I got out to put the dirty clothes back there too, not being able to look at it any further

"Dont worry honey, I'll get that cleaned for you." I nodded before headed to the back to put it in there.

"Bro what happened, the class is going crazy" what was she talking about.
I lifted my shoulders gesturing I don't know. We got in the car and quietly drove away. Liz got us mcds and then we headed home.

"Where is she? Is she okay? What happened???" The door banged opened and Scarlett and Chris walked in. Chris still had his makeup on so I know they hurried. Why the panic.
Liz hurried towards her and held her tight by her arms

"Scarlett shes okay. I promise"
" she cant be okay, she called you from school for gods sake . That doesnt sound okay to me" she broke loose from lizzies grib and checked if I was okay asking questions as if she were a doctor.  Clearly not caring about space or boundaries.  Reminded me of my mother if we being honest.
She got pulled away by lizzie.

While it wasn't useful. There was only one lizzie and well.... 2 crazy parents. Chris was now asking the questions and making sure I'm okay.
I yelled Chris atleast 3 times before I yelled DAD!.

He stopped in his tracks and looked at me. His eyes were watering. Split seconds later he embraced me.

"Im fine, I promise"

"Okay angel, Im glad youre okay".

He let go and then excused himself to the bathroom. Amelia came down the stairs changed into comfy clothes."whys the grown man crying" she looked so confused I just shook my head playfully. Scarlett must've realized what she done because she sat in the kitchen very much avoiding me. That or giving me space.

I ended up sleeping over because the gang didn't come back so only Pepper,may happy and Peter were home and I couldn't deal with them right now. Especially Pepper and Peter

"Hey girls we going to watch a movie. Want to join" lizzie was standing in the door frame.

"Only if i get to watch high school musical" Amelia requested and honestly I was game. This should be fun.

Status que played and I had full regrets watching this movie. Gabrielle food tray hit sharpay.

"Well isnt that the most relatable thing I've seen all day"

Amelia looked at me confused then I realized I didn't really tell her what happened.

"Peter is dating chloe. Yup the chloe. I asked him if its a joke in the Cafeteria and chloe didnt like that so she threw her spaghetti at me" I summed up the situation.

"And the bitch got suspended for that" lizzie mumbled before taking a sip  of her drink paying no attention to us keeping her eyes on the screen.

After Amelia and I basically begged her to tell us ,Scarlett spoke up from next to me

"Liz what did you do?"

"Finnneee, I'll tell you guysss. I headed straight to the principals office and told her i want her expelled, she said i have no evidence and i told her to check her cameras not knowing if she even had cameras in the cafeteria, well she did. We saw it. It always shows how you weren't looking in her direction and passively talking to Peter before it happened so she told me all she could offer was a 3 day suspension starting tomorrow, so you guys would see her friday."

Wow. Lizzie did that, for me? I said thank you before watching the movie again.

I got a bit tired so I leaned my head on Scarlett abit as Amelia's head was on her mom's lap and not an option.

I watched some more of the movie before dozing off...
