Best Friends to Lovers

I don't think I can do it this time

—— 20 days later——

*sound of crying babies* You roll over to your side and tap Eddie. "Eddie it's your turn." He gets up immediately and kisses your forehead.

"Ok my queen." He says and walks out of the room. I can hear him talking to the babies from across the hall. I sit up and feel really really dizzy. It felt like I was going to pass out. I was sweating a lot. I feel my forehead but can't feel anything. Eddie walks back into the room and just stops and stares at you. "You ok baby?" He says walking forward slowly. "You look really pale." He says and I nod my head no. I jump out of bed and run into the bathroom. I start to throw up. He runs in and holds my hair. He rubs my back with his free hand.  "You're ok. You're ok." He says softly, and I stop throwing up.

"Can you get me water?" I ask him and he nods and walks away. I flush the toilet and sit in the ground. I clean my mouth and just stare at the ceiling. 

Eddie walks back in and sits next to me. "Here you go your majesty." He says and hands me the water. I take a sip of water. Eddie feels my forehead. "You feel fine. I don't know what's wrong with you...maybe just a bug?" He says. I nod my head no.

I do the math in my head. I look at the calendar and it clicks. "It's not just a bug Eddie." I say and I start to cry.

He rubs my back. "Then what is it. Why are you crying princess." He asks in a soft voice. I lift my head up.

"I think I'm pregnant." I say and he sits there in shock. His face is frozen. He gets up and opens the mirror and pulls out a test.

He holds the test out for me to take it. "Here. I came prepared just incase it ever happened again." He kneels down. I sigh and take the test from his hand. He exits the room and I sit up. I sit on the toilet and take the test. I open the door and see Eddie pacing back and forth. I stand in the doorway and start to cry. He hugs me and I melt into his arms.

"I don't think I can do it this time Eddie. We are only 19. We only had the babies like 9 months ago. I don't think I can do it again if the test is positive." I cry and he holds my face.

"Hey hey hey. Don't say that. We are great parents. We already have two little babies, and look at them they are perfect right. We can do this. You can do this!" He says and kisses my lips. He walks into the bathroom and holds the test.

"I haven't looked yet." He says and hands me the test. I take a deep breath in and out. I flip the test over and see a positive. I look up at Eddie and smile and nod at him. He totally freaks out. He picks me up and spins in circles. "We are having another baby!!" He says and sets me down. He gets on the ground and kisses my stomach repeatedly. I smile and he kisses my face. I laugh as he runs to go get the babies. He runs back in with both babies in his hands. He bounces them up and down and they both are laughing. He hands me Amelia and I kiss her face a million times. She laughs it all out and grabs my nose.

I gasp. "You got my nose!" I say and she lets go and laughs. I laugh with her and play with her. Dipping her up and down, spinning together. She just laughs at everything. Eddie and Travis are playing the guitar together...well Eddie is actually playing and Travis is smacking his hand in his mini guitar. I smile at the sight of them both, and already know that they are going to perform little concerts for us girls. "Eddie." I say and he stops playing. He looks up at me and smiles.

"Yes darling." He says and walks over to me with Travis in his hands.

"When are we going to tell everyone. I mean we are going to my parents today so we can tell them, but I don't know when to tell the others." I say and he thinks for a bit.

"How about now. we can all go to lovers lake, and tell them there." He suggested. I nod my head and smile at him. "I'll call everyone." He says and sets Travis down. I set Amelia down and they both follow their dad by walking behind him. I can't believe they already know how to walk. Time fly's by.
