The Story of Temper Duo

Separate Part 1

"Where are others Air?" Api asks his twin.

"I don't know. Probably out training." Air replies with closed eyes.

"You always sleep." Api said in boring.

"What can I do? I'm tired." Air replies sleepily.

"Tired? What did you do after all?" Api questions him.

"Api?" Air call.

"Yes?" Api asks back.

"Shut up!!!" Air said making Api pout.

"Ding dong"

The bell sound interrupts them.

"Go open the door," Air said and hugged his whale plushie.

"You and your sleeping self." Api said in annoyance.

But then he walks out of their share room and goes straight to the main door. Yet to Api's surprise, it's unknown people making him quickly close the door but one of the five people quickly holds it.

"Don't close it so quick young boy. We just want to see your father." The front one said.

"What's your business with my father?" Api asks as his eyes turn sharp.

"Well, to destroy his family?" The front one said as he hold Api's hand making Api all startled.

"Let me go!!! Fiery punch!!!" Api fast reflects on trying to save himself.

He tried to close and lock the door, but eleven years old kids like him couldn't fight the strength of five adult men. He gives up and runs upstairs toward Air and his share room. He quickly closes it and locks the door.

"Air wake up. Air. Wake up!!!" Api shakes Air up to wake him up but his twin is still sleepy.

"Api doesn't disturb me." Air quickly shrugs Api off.

"AIR!!!" Api shouts and pulls Air up to sit up. That makes Air startled and completely awake.

"Listen to me. There are the attackers downstairs. I want you to go to our father's garage and the secret passage he once told us before." Api said as he hold Air's shoulder.

"Attackers?" Air asks instead.

"Kid? Come out!!! We will still find you if you hide." One of the attackers shouts outside.

"Yes. There's no time to explain. Go save yourself first." Api whispered in hurry and pull Air to the chair that he and others always use to go to the garage.

"Wait, what about you? You should've come with me too." Air said while holding both of Api's hands.

"Air, I think it's better if they only know about me. I can't risk you or our siblings. Go. Tell others and save me." Api said and stroked his twin cheeks.

"I love you Air. You're the best twin I ever had." Api said making Air's eyes widen.

"Api!" Air still holds Api.

"Kid?" The attackers start to play with the doorknob of their share room.

"Go Air. Don't waste your time." Api said as he push Air on the way to Amato's garage.

"Api!!!" Air shout. And that's the last time Air sees his twin.
