❝ I could just FEEL the fear in his voice ❞

The person somewhat happily laughed before showing themselves. They were a young ghost, meaning they probably didn't know Phil's trauma.

He seems to be somewhere in the forest by himself. Orphan? Probably so.

❝ I got him! Dad would be so proud! ❞

The young ghost seemed excited to actually scare someone, especially a kid in a higher up class.

❝ I finally scared someone! ❞

They happily flew up in the air.

/5 POV\

I couldn't care about what Smiley thought of me and Kaleb now, since as soon as I beat Grayson up, we ran into her on the escape.

❝ Don't tell me you two beat up Grayson, come on!❞

I heard Smiley say as we walked past her in total ignorance. We went to the bathroom to wash the blood off.

❝ Ugh, it's all sticky now Kaleb! ❞

I stared at him, realizing he didn't really care, so I just continued washing my hands until the stuff came off and totally took my time.

❝ You clean yet 5? ❞

I heard Kaleb say to me, I was obviously not as I was right next to him and he could see me still washing. I'd reply in a joking tone:

❝ Kaleb, I'm starting to worry about your vision, I'm right here! ❞

then I'd start to laugh at it as he'd join in.

❝ I know 5, just playing with ya. ❞

❝ Well, are we gonna skip class? Don't want to deal with the dumb and the dumbers. ❞

I asked him, and he could tell my fingers were crossed, replying with:

❝ Did you think I would say no? ❞

He seems confused, wondering why I crossed my fingers even though we do this almost every day.

❝ I dunno. ❞

I lied to him, hoping he would believe my stupid lie, and he said this in a tone that made him sound worried for me.

❝ Okay then I guess.. ❞

I could tell he DEFINITELY didn't believe me, but tried to hide it and pretend he didn't know I was lying.

❝ Where to today then? ❞

I'd asked Kaleb, but he was still wondering about my fingers being crossed and didn't notice what I had said.

❝ My bad, can you repeat that 5? ❞

I repeated it for him, slightly embarrassed.

❝ I said where should we go today? ❞

He looked to be thinking deeply, and seemed very unsure.

❝ I- ❞

I'd cut him off and said this:

❝ I can tell you don't know, let's just think. ❞

❝ But first, let's get out before we're caught buy some idiot. ❞

He listened and followed me as we escaped fast enough to not get caught. We did see a black haired boy, he looked young and had a tail instead of legs.

/Zack POV\

It was everyone but Phil and we're all in first period class, starting to worry. Suddenly Phil walks in looking terrified, and Everyone stares. Did he find proof that Diz or whichever alien is actually still alive? I mean it wouldn't be surprising if so.
