Unknowing Circumstance

Mina takes Lumine and her companion to get something to eat as an apology. She was very adamant about it. Lumine gave into her persuasion as she brought them to her favorite restaurant. The very same one she took Kazuha. Paimon was the most excited for food. 

Xiangling caught up with the traveler while Mina took a look at her inventory. She was running low on medical supplies. Mostly due to her numerous rounds the previous day. She'll have to take a trip to Bubu Pharmacy.

Lumine came back with their food. She was pretty insistent that she could handle this task. "Here you go!". Mina thanks her. They enjoy their meal together with some small talk. While they were eating Mina couldn't help but wonder where Kazuha was. 

Her question would shortly be answered. Paimon suddenly remembered where they were supposed to be. "Traveler! We're late! We need to meet with Kazuha for the bout!". Lumine got the sudden realization as Mina's brow irked.

Bouts are always dangerous and yet Kazuha was joining in? Mina quickly stands up and glares at Lumine. "Take me with you!". Lumine looks at her confused. "Why...". She was stopped by Mina's glare. "I did help you out earlier so it's the least you could do". 

Mina's smile sent shivers down her and Paymon's spines. "Y-Yeah, sure". They began to leave as Mina's blood boiled. This is what Kazuha was doing. Participating in a bout when he's still healing. 'How reckless!' she thought. He had some explaining to do.

It took the trio a little while to get there with someone so angered. Lumine could feel the anger radiating off of Mina. The Clash, as Lumine put it, was being held at Guyun Stone Forest. A long way away from Liyue Harbor. No wonder Kazuha came back so late. 

Once they got there Lumine greeted Kazuha and Beidou. "Sorry I'm late". "Don't sweat it. The Clash is about to begin". Kazuha also greeted her. Lumine had a worried look on her face as she glanced at Mina, who was behind a pillar. "Traveler, what's wrong?".

Mina comes out from behind the pillar. "Kazuha!!". The calm and collected Kazuha that Beidou and Lumine got to know was reduced to a scared one. Mina walked to them as she glared at poor Kazuha. "M-Ms. Mina, what a surprise!". 

He started to shake a little as she approached them. "Not only are you still healing! You decide to participate in a bout?!". Beidou looked at Mina. "Woah, there. Settle down!". The last thing they needed was an argument. It looked like she was going to pop a blood vessel.

Kazuha trembled a little more as Mina was now only a few feet away from him. "I-I can explain!". Mina gave him a big smile "Yes, do that! I have all the time in the world!". Beidou had enough and got in between them. "I don't know who you are Missy, but you need to calm down". She was right. 

There's always a time and place for this. Mina heavily sighs. Beidou then looks at Kazuha. "Care to explain what this is all about?". Lumine also wanted answers. Kazuha introduces Mina to her. "This is Mina, my sort of caretaker...". "And doctor" finished Mina.

That explains why she was so mad. The small group went somewhere else to talk. "Ok, I get the gist of it" said Beidou. "Yes, I apologize for losing my temper". Beidou shakes her head. "No, don't be. We'll leave you two to talk". Beidou takes Lumine away. "Ms. Mina, I'm sorry". 

During their discussion, Kazuha told them why he was constantly leaving Liyue Harbor. He had found a way back to Inazuma. Now Mina knows Kazuha's origins. "You should've told me earlier. I could've helped you". Kazuha crosses his arms. "I didn't want you to get hurt".
