Maybe she wasn't meant for love so genuine and so beautiful. Maybe she has already accepted the fact that she will never deserve something like that with her ugly soul.
But sometimes when she lies at night she hopes for someone to come and tell her that she does deserve it, and that she is worth it; that even if she thinks her soul is ugly someone will make her see that she actually has a beautiful soul.
But that won't happen. She constantly tells herself that love is something she doesn't and will never deserve. That she's just like the villains in fairytales— meant to die alone.
But at the back of her mind, and in the deepest part of her heart she latches onto it— the small flicker of hope that one day someone will love her
