Death Island

It was night again, and the kids had started a fire in the temple.

They had already eaten the fruit, not all of it, but enough to last them until the next morning.

Now, they were slowly winding down and getting ready to sleep, well Hawk and Skylar were already asleep.

Bruce and Katherine were slowly following in their footsteps, and Five and Anna were wide awake.

When the last two finally fell asleep, Five rose to his feet and held out a hand for Anna to join him.

She took his hand without question, and the two began to walk further into the temple, after Five grabbed a stick and stuck it in the fire to make a torch.

"Shouldn't we wait for the others?" Anna asks

Five waved her off, "they need their rest." And with that they continued to make their way through the temple.

They reached the end of the hall that they were in, but when they turned to go back they only saw another dead ended.

"What? When did that wall get there?" Anna asks no one in particular before walking over to the wall and placing her hand on it.

"What if this place is trying to tell us something?" Five wonders aloud

"And what would that be?" Anna snapped

"I don't know!" Five exclaimed

"Just help me try to get out of here." Anna says

Five huffs and begins to feel around the wall, when he accidentally pushed one of the bricks in causing a loud ringing sound to blare out into the temple, no doubt waking the others.

The other four jumped up at the ringing, and it was then that they noticed Five and Anna were gone.

They split up and began to search for them.

There were only three hallways, so Bruce and Katherine went down one hall, and Skylar and Hawk the other.

The ringing got louder and the temple began to shake.

As Bruce and Katherine reached the end of the hall, another wall appeared blocking them in, and the same happened to Hawk and Skylar.

The ringing and shaking intensified and rocks even began to fall from the walls.

Hawk shielded Skylar from the rocks with his body, but it was then that he noticed two doors appearing from the wall, both of them glowing.

It was at this moment that everything stopped. The ringing no longer sounded and the shaking had stopped, and Hawk took a step towards the red door.

"What are you doing?" Skylar asked, grabbing the boys arm arm.

"Getting out of here, duh." And with that he walked through the door, and it disappeared, all that was left was the yellow door.

Skylar took a deep breath and then she opened the yellow door and walked through.

When Skylar walked through the door, she realized she was no longer in the temple but she was standing in her bedroom.

She turned to look for the door, but all she saw was her closet.

She was snapped out of her thoughts by her phone ringing.

She practically sprinted to it and answered it, "are you in your bedroom too?" Anna asked

"What the hell is going on?" Skylar asked

"No clue, but I'm going to call the others, we need to figure this out."

"Kay, tell them to meet at my house." Skylar says before ending the call.
