chapter2:hotel hallway

As Holly was sleeping she heard a loud boom out side of the hotel as she looked out her window she saw a bunch of guys running from a tree as the branch fell. She put her slippers on and walked out to where the boys were when she saw her brother.

"WHAT the hell are yall doing" Holly said as everyone around look at her.

"What are you wearing. Go back inside and change if your ganna be out here." Johnny said in a slight aggravated tone.

Holly looked around and notice all the guy were looking at her but she froze when she saw elvis looking at her with a smile on his face. Her face turned red like a cherry. She walked as fast as she could in her slippers back to her room and changed into a skirt and a shirt and put her flats on and walked back outside.

All the guys where still standing around the tree as she walked over to them. As she was walking to her brother she tripped over a stick. she was about to get up when she sees a pair of black loafers in front of her and she looks up and sees elvis.

"You really are clumsy little one"elvis says as he put out his hand to help her up. She takes his hand.

"I'm not normally this clumsy and I'm not little."Holly says angrily.
"And thank you for helping me."

"Anytime little one."elvis says as he laughs under his breath.

Holly walks away and starts talking to Jerry Lee Lewis and June Carter. Holly likes June alot speaking she the only other girl there and she used to listen to her on the radio with her brothers johnny and Jack. She was close with jack and would talk about him all the time after he passed but now she doesn't because people got tired of hearing about him all the time.

As she talking with Jerry and June she sees her brother walk over to elvis. It seems to be pretty heated because she can hear them hollering at each other. She was just ganna ignore it until she heard her name being in the conversation. She walked over to them and they were still going at it.

"What are yall hollering about"

"It's nothing darling" elvis says looking right at johnny.

"Goodnight holly" elvis said as he walked away back to his hotel room.

As elvis walks away Holly looks at her brother with confusion in her eyes.

"Go to bed hol it's late." Johnny says as he walks over to Jerry and June.

Holly dose what she is told and gose back to her hotel room on the way there she sees elvis standing in the hallway. He looked as if he was thinking about something. Holly walked over to him.

"Hey are you okay." Holly asked with sincere.

"Oh um yeah."elvis said like he was still thinking about something.
Holly took a step closer to him. He looked down at her since he was 6 foot and she was 5'3. They looked into each other's eyes for a minute before Holly felt his warm lips touch hers. She took a step back realizing what just happened.

she froze.

"Um I have to go my brother told me to go back to my room and sleep."

She walked away unsure if she should be mad bc he kissed her or if she should enjoy it.
