"hurry up!"

beomgyu's heart almost popped out when he heard his bestfriend's loud voice outside his house plus the honking of his van. "almost done!" he also yelled back running almost tripping himself.

he didn't know his friends planned a 2 day trip on a not-so-expensive beach just 30 minutes away from his house.

well he would know if he opened the messages his friends had sent him yesterday.

hiyyih opened the van gesturing him to hop in before yeonjun started and drove off.

yeonjun was driving with his cousin taehyun on the passenger seat, hiyyih, kai, beomgyu and soobin were at the back.

"why aren't you with yeonjun?" beomgyu asked soobin.

"none of your business-"

"we broke up cuz he's an ass" yeonjun said with his eyes still on the road. "i am going to find a good boyfriend at the beach and show him what he lost."

"good luck on your search cuz there's no one better than me"

"there is and i'm gonna show you"

"you're gonna miss my big d-"

"WE'RE HERE!!!" kai, beomgyu and taehyun shouted in chorus trying to stop soobin from what he's about to say because they wouldn't want hiyyih to hear.

"i wasn't born last night." she said leaving the van as she puts on her sunglasses.

beomgyu immediately dove onto the bed the moment they arrived in their room. he picked the bed beside the balcony revealing the better view of the sea.

there were 3 beds in the room and beomgyu has already picked one, soobin and yeonjun decided to pick the one at the middle even though they weren't in good terms and the huenings have to be on the one near the door.

"what?" beomgyu asked confused lying comfortably on his cozy bed.

"seems like you and taehyun need to share the bed." yeonjun giggly said taking his sunscreen out from his bag but rolled his eyes when he saw soobin chuckled. "i'm not talking to you."

"don't give me attitude, yeonjun."

taehyun was standing still near the door with his bags in his hands, waiting for someone to let him at least lay his back on one bed but he thought that wasn't gonna happen so he said it's fine... but beomgyu said ok in his breath so he immediately ran like a baby beside beomie. "thank you"

"no problem"

they spent the day laying down mostly scrolling through their phones not noticing that the sun has already set and now they need something to fill their stomachs. soobin asked for food service before they all went out and walk by the seashore.

"let's take a photo!" hiyyih shouted stretching out her hand with her phone. "ok, 1..2..3.."

the boys gathered around checking how they looked on each take but beomgyu decided to sit by the firewood they made not an hour ago and opened a can of beer. cold wind brushes his soft skin as he sips, "hey" a voice interrupted not a second after someone sat beside him.

"taehyun.."

"something's bothering you? you were quiet the whole time"

"i don't know, happy maybe?"

taehyun snorted. "you're happy? why?"

"i'm out with friends?"

"if there's something bugging you, tell me." he too, sipped from his beer.

"are you and kai boyfriends again?" beomgyu saw how taehyun snorted the beer out from his nose. he didn't want to ask but he insisted, wasn't his fault he said. "you asked..." he said handing him a towel to wipe his mess.

"i- i know but- that was sudden"

"yeah sorry.."

"don't be, and no, kai and i are good friends"

the sound of waves splashing, loud music from afar and faint noises from people around, taehyun sighed pulling beomgyu into a hug.. "are you jealous?" he asked, never minding everything.

beomgyu, who was taken aback, wrapped back his arms around the other and not noticing that they were both naked on top until his arms felt the warmth on their brushing skins. "you want me to be honest?" he replied earning a nod from taehyun. "then yes... maybe i am."

taehyun tightened the hug, preventing himself from crying out his happiness. he smiles giggly in beomgyu's neck as he brushes his fingers through his hair, something he probably missed. "i want us to start again." were the words that came out before their lips attached and danced in unison. beomgyu cut the kiss to breathe and put his forehead on his "thank you for giving me a chance, taehyun."

"just don't break my heart again."
