This timeline takes place during Amy Rose's disappearance.

3 years ago....

In a Egg lair

The old man sat in his chair, feeling more tired than usual at his age. He hated to admit it but he couldn't do the act of a villain anymore, let alone make his dream come true.

But his tired bones popped as he stood up, then sat back down. He felt as though he wanted nothing more than to relax and rest.

He sighed to himself as he stared into the computer monitor looking at his reflection, almost seeing himself as he is now, old.

He had the thought of retirement in mind. But the question for him was only one thing, will he be missed? He needed to take care of unfinished business, so he thought about getting ahold of the blue hedgehog Sonic himself.

As hard as it was, the blue speedster was very hard to get a hold of when coming in contact.

So he thought about the blue hedgehog's friends, they could deliver the message to the blue hero in no time.

Taking the chance to talk with either the little orange fox Tails or the pink hedgehog Amy Rose, the doctor decided to send the message to one of his number one enemies friends. He started off by sending the pink hedgehog an invite for a civil talk, he knew even though she was younger she had some understanding.

It took two days but no reply, next plan was to send an invite to the little orange two tailed fox Tails.

Tails was the second of his choices to come and have a civil talk with him, the doctor figured he was just as smart but also what harm would it be for two geniuses to have a civil talk face to face.

As the doctor awaited for a reply or to see Tails on his scanner letting him know he was at the door.

Sure enough, luckily, it happened.

The lab doors opened as the orange fox walked in, the doctor was pleased and decided to send Obot and Cubot to greet his guest respectfully.

Following orders the two robots flew away as they made their way to the orange two tailed fox.

The orange fox was having second thoughts, feeling as if he had made the wrong decision. However he wondered what the doctor was up to, so he made his way through the halls. Getting deeper into the lab, he could see Obot and Cubot fly towards each other very quickly. Tilting his head wondering why they were in such a hurry, the orange fox stopped in his tracks.

One of the robots ran into a wall which made Tail's question why these robots were even made, perhaps they needed a better toon up.

Cubot waved his arms in the air as he helped, feeling in a panic for his partner Obot.

Tails felt a bit embarrassed by how silly the robots were acting, until all three stopped by the sound of a voice up ahead in a room.

Calling out to the robots.

"OBOT!!!!CUBOT!!!! YOU BUBBLING BOOBS WERE ARE YOUR MANNERS?!" The old man yelled out loud down the hallway, a camera above moved as the orange fox looked up to see that the doctor was watching the three.
