Chap 3

Kiefer.

"Dismiss."

Nagsitayuan kami at niligpit ang gamit. Today, we had a recit for two majors. Hindi ako naka answer sa isa.

Kaya badtrip ako today. Nakakainis. I'm so disappointed at myself.

"Kiefer! I, uhm... cooked you lunch. I hope you're eating well!" A girl placed her lunch box on my desk.

Simple ko siyang nginitian. "Thanks. I'll enjoy it."

Nang makaalis siya at inakbayan ako ni Fin. "Pogi talaga, oh. Grabe ka na!"

Kinuha ko ang lunch box at inabot sa kaniya. "It's yours. Una na ako."

Ramdam ko ang tingin ng pag aalala nila sa 'kin. They know that I don't like having that result from recits.

That's why umiiwas muna ako for a day.

Tori is my fish for 4 years. Ang daming nawe weirduhan sa 'kin kasi pet ko raw ay fish. They don't see anything special in it.

But I do. When I stare at it, it just gives me comfort. When i'm having a staring contest with it.

Pumunta ako sa nearest cafe to read. Actually, we have a week break for mental health break. Dapat daw in one week, stable ka na, ganon. Kasi tatambakan ka nila the following weeks.

"One venti cafe latte and a slice of blueberry cheesecake, please." I ordered.

"Mr. Kim?" I suddenly looked at the barista.

That man, from the hospital. Who couldn't shut his mouth.

"Ah, just Kiefer." Inabot ko ang card ko ngunit tinanggihan niya iyon.

"It's on me! Since i'm kinda ashamed of what I did at the hospital---"

"No, really, it's oka---"

"And, type ko 'yung kuya mo so pa good shot na rin." He winked at me.

"Huh." Tumingin ako sa menu. "Then, get me another slice, please. Thank you." I smiled.

"Sure!"

I just laughed. Iba talaga si kuya, maski lalaki nagkaka gusto sakaniya.
