POV: Georgia

Oh no lucy is going to make this weird

Alex: can you get her Georgia
G: yep

I walked out to Bella

G: Bella wants you to come in
B: oh okay sure

She walked in.

I looked at Ellie roebuck and her mouth was open.

B: um thank you everyone for this
Ellie: absolutely no problem at all. I'm Ellie roebuck the goalkeeper

She held out her hand.

Alex got pictures with the girls and lucy gave her a shirt aswell.

I brought both of them back out and walked them to Bella's car.

Bella: thank you for this Georgia it means a lot to her
G: no problem. It's the least I can do after spilling coffee on you

Bella giggled

G: here's my number. Keep in touch
B: will do. Thank you again

She gave me a hug. She smelled like flowers. I felt warm.

G: sorry I'm defiantly smelly
B: not smelly but cold because your just in shorts and a bra
G: true
B: goodbye Georgia
G: goodbye Bella and goodbye Alex I better see you at more matches
B: she goes to some of them don't you al?
Alex: yup

I smiled. Bella got in the car and left. I walked back into the changing room. When I walked in the room it was dead silent.

G: what?
Everyone: WEEEHAYYYYY!!!!
G: oh my god

I sat down and got dressed.

Ellie: she's hot

I went red

G: shut up roebuck
E: jealous ?
G: no!
E: mhm

K: you ready to go ?
G: yes

We all left and went back to Keira and lucy's house.

L: well your making a good impression on the family already
G: lucy I'm just making a new friend that's all
K: luce leave her alone
L: what ever (smiles)

I walked to the room I'm staying in and got changed into my pajamas. I relaxed for awhile with lucy and Keira in the sitting room. It was around 9pm

*ding*

Unknown: hey it's Bella I'm just texting you so you know it's my number

I smiled

G: that's okay Bella I'll save it now I guess
B: you guess ? That's fine I'll just remove you so
G: shut up
B: thank you for today. I know I've said it 100 times but Alex hasn't stopped talking about it.
G: anything for the upcoming generation. I've never seen yous at one of our matches before
B: Bella usually goes with my dad but I got her these tickets for her birthday
G: when's her birthday
B: tomorrow
G: Awh FaceTime me tomorrow so I can say happy birthday to her
B: I will. She's having a small party
G: that's so cute
B: you could come if you want? Surprise guest?
G: I mean I'm not doing anything else
B: good I'll text you on the address in the morning
G: see you then

"X" my heart slipped a beat.

I'm not gay. I'm not. It's painful not knowing who you are. It's like I'm lost. I shouldn't feel this way toward this person but I do. I don't want to but I can't help it. I want to block it out but I can't. It's in my head. It's there lurking. I wish being friends was good enough but for some reason I want to kiss her lips. They look so soft. Her eyes are magical. I get lost every time I look into them. I wonder if she notices that I look at her lips when she talks. I could never tell annoying this but it's true.

I'm in my head too much. Maybe I should just go to bed and forget about this. I'm being stupid. She would never see me the way I see her.

I'm still going to go to her sister birthday party though. I have to inspire the young generation. Maybe one day I'll play beside her. Maybe one day I'll be with her big sister and she will be bridesmaid.

What am I thinking
