"I have a question for you."

Koshi glanced behind her. "Yes?"

"Do you exactly know what crime your mother committed?"

"...no," Koshi answers truthfully. "But I know it had to do with someone knowing that she was an Infinite."

"Well then it's a good thing that you're still not excusing her for it," Benimaru told her. "So now I ask you this... My father."

Koshi's head perked up and Benimaru noticed. This confirms to him that she saw Hibachi that day, most likely when he found the High Priestess.

"If he were still alive," Benimaru continues. "If you met him here in Asakusa... What would you do?"

Koshi was quiet for a moment.

"I would tell him that I forgive him."

"WAKA!"

Benimaru and Koshi both turn around to see Hikage and Hinata rush toward him. Benimaru lowered his hand. "Hikage, Hinata. What is it?"

"It's those men from yesterday," Hikage told him. "They're here! But something's strange this time."

"Strange?" Benimaru's eyebrows furrowed a little.

"Only two of them came back," Hinata explained. "And they're asking for help."

"Help? For what?" Koshi asked the two girls.

"We don't know, Konro told us to hurry and find you and bring you back," Hinata said to Benimaru. "But from what Hikage and I could tell... They look terrified."

Benimaru sighs. This has turned out to be quite the start of a busy week for him. "Alright, let's head back."

"I'll go too-"

"No," Benimaru glared at Koshi. "You're leaving Asakusa. Consider yourself lucky that I'm sparing your life."

Koshi frowns. But this one was different, it wasn't out of annoyance or anger towards Benimaru. It looked to be more out of sadness. "...Well then at least let me get my bag. There are two things in there that are very important to me, I'm not leaving without them."

"Yes, you are." Benimaru didn't hesitate. "I'm already letting you walk away, I'm not giving you any more handouts."

Koshi slowly nods. "...okay."

Within the blink of an eye, a bright light appeared around Koshi. As Benimaru, Hikage and Hinata covered their eyes, Koshi immediately took action.

With her Infinite Flames activated, her hair was gently bathed in golden flames and her amber eyes grew bright as well as the Infinity tattoo on her back glowing underneath her clothes. And she lifted herself in the air and began to fly back towards Asakusa leaving a trail of golden cinder behind from her dark hair that surprisingly did not burn from the fire that encased it.

"HEY!" Benimaru shouted after her, but she didn't listen.

Koshi knows that he'll most likely kill her now, so hopefully, she can get her things and leave before he catches up to her.

Koshi landed stealthily back in Asakusa unseen as she enters her guest room to find her duffel bag untouched. She kneels to unzip the main compartment and open a pocket hidden within. She takes out two things.

The first thing was a photo album, filled with pictures mainly involving Koshi and those close to her. Starting with photos of her parents and their families leading to the most recent photo which was of Koshi placing a flower crown on her mother's head with her older sister sitting beside them smiling. The second thing was a tiny glass jar holding carnelian shards inside that were sealed in tight with a small cork and a small sturdy thread tied around the rim to make it be worn as a necklace.
