When the three arrived in time to see Baba, Koshi was already gone. However, she left something behind that she wanted Baba to give to Benimaru. It was a letter given to her a long time ago when she was a child. Once Baba gave it to Benimaru, his emotions were unreadable as he read the letter. His eyes, however, did faintly glow.
