Kang and Kyung both stood by the door welcoming their parents.

However, kyung wasn't so happy with it.

After settling down, their parents went to sit in the lounge.

Kyung didn't know what to do so she stood there with her hands clasped behind her back as she looked down.

"Kyung-ah, sit" upon hearing her father she went to sit beside kang, hiding behind him as much as possible.

"How have you been?" Her father asked "fine" she let out a small ,scared answer.

They talked about some stuff with kang while kyung tried to stay behind and out of sight.

She went into the kitchen and took a long deep breath.

She got a call.

Sunghoon.

She picked up and placed the phone to her ear.

"Hey"
"Hi, is something going on?"
"Yeah, my parents are here, what ever you do, don't let anyone come here"

She warned him to which he agreed.

He knew about her family so he chose to do what she told him.

"KYUNG -AH!" The sound of her mother echoed as she went towards the lounge once more.

She sat down next to kang "Come sit next to me" her mother patted the seat next to her.

She looked at kang of a minute after going to sit next to her.

"You've become so beautiful" she said pushing the strand of hair behind her ear.

After a moment, they all were seated at the dining table with food infront of them.

She was just playing around with her food when her father suddenly spoke up.

"Kyung, I want you to get married" the food that was in her mouth suddenly got caught up in her throat and she coughed.

Kang handed her a glass of water "yo-you want me to what?" She said coughing and then drinking her water.

"My friend, Seo Byeong ho, wants you to be his daughter in law" he said.

She looked over to kang and asked to help her out.

"Father, I don't think it's the right time, she's too young-" he was cut mid sentence.

"I agree with your father, you'll do something good, the companies will merge and will be great profit" her mother said.

"I don't want to get married to someone I don't know or like, I don't want to be a part of your business" she said.

"I didn't ask you, you'll be getting married to him, I've got a business party this weekend, you'll be attending it with me"

Anxiety took over, that's way she has way too many trust issues.

That's why she didn't like her parents, rude, bossy and emotionless.

She zoned out then got up and ran towards the door.

Kang didn't stop her, he knew where she was going but however her parents were quite curious.

"Where are you off to?" Her mother asked she didn't reply and just went on.

Her mother huffed "Such arrogant behaviour" she said and went back to eating.

Kang felt helpless as he watched her leaving.

She put on shoes and ran outside and towards the house next door.

Tears streamed down her face.

She rang the door bell and waited.

After a few moments, the door opened revealing sunghoon.

"Oh hey-" she collapsed on top of him, holding onto him as her legs gave up.

He held her tightly as he got worried to what happened.

"Kyung-ah,what happened?are you okay?" He said as he rubbed her back.

Loud sobs were heard and he could think of nothing.

He picked her up and took her inside.

He took her to his room and locked the door.

She got off him and walked around, "What's wrong?" He asked.

No response.

She just paced around the room.

He walked closer to her and grabbed her by her shoulders.

"What happened?" She looked him in the eyes as her eyes pooled with tears.

"My parents..." she started as he listened to her attentively.

"..want me to get married" she broke down, collapsing on the floor.

Sunghoon was left speechless.

His mind went black and he didn't know what to do.

"So...what are we going to do?" He asked after a while.

"I don't know" she said, sunghoon sat down matching her level.

"We will figure it out, okay?" He said grabbing her by shoulders.

She nodded as he engulfed her in a hug.

We'll figure something out.
