It was finally the day that I fly to Japan. The boys had taken a day off from practising for the next round of Kingdom. They had planned to mix God's Menu and BlackPink's DU-DDU-DU-DDU. I was a bit bummed about missing it, but I reassured everyone I would watch it when the episode aired.

Since they were taking the day off, they decided to surprise me with small presents and letters to say goodbye. Although the director sent me a bit of a schedule, I would be gone for almost 6 months, and it wasn't guaranteed whether or not I could fly back for shoots and stuff all the time since the set would be pretty busy. The director wanted to finish shooting in 6 months which means gruelling work and schedules since they were filming 2 movies at once.

"Open mine." Felix said, and I ripped open the wrapped box, and inside was a plastic container full of Felix's beloved brownies.

I laughed and thanked him, telling him I would eat them on the plane journey and give them to the few staff members that would be taking the journey with me. I then was told to open the last present and letter from the last person. Seungmin had yet to give me his present, and I could tell he was feeling down about my soon to be absence.

He handed me two small boxes, and I looked at him wearily. They looked like expensive gifts, and I don't really like when people spend loads of money on me. Although I'm grateful for the amazing gifts, it makes me feel a little awkward. I opened the first box slowly; it was a necklace.

I looked at it closely, and it looked like the silver metal was shaped like 2 people intertwined together with a ruby in the middle of it. It was like a couple necklace, or a soulmate necklace and it was beautiful. I smiled brightly at Seungmin who was anticipating my reaction, and he smiled when our eyes connected.

"I love it, thank you." I said and nuzzled my nose into his cheek as we sat side by side. I was glad everyone had kind of dispersed after handing me their presents.

"Put it on, and then open that one." He said excitedly, and I handed him the necklace so he could put it on me, "Jesus, you really have bulked up."

I laughed, "I know, I hope it's enough."

He put the other box in my hand, and I chuckled as he waited for me to open it. I took the red velvet lid off the smaller box, and I looked at Seungmin before I looked down. As soon as I looked down, I was smiling hard, and my heart was burning harshly. It was an all-black ring, with Seungmin's name in white on the outside, and on the inside the same white writing spelled out 'I Love You'. 

"Minnie..." I was almost on the verge of tears. After Kingdom, I had been all over Seungmin, not leaving him alone and telling him how much I would miss him when I leave. I guess, he was feeling the same.

"It's a proposal." He said and I looked at him, a frown painting my forehead. I noticed he had a ring on his ring finger, and it was the same but with my name instead.

"A proposal?" 

"Yep." He nodded, determined, "I'm going to marry you."

We had finally made it to the airport, and it was bustling with cameras. Somehow, dispatch had found out about my flight to Japan although no one could put a reason as to why I was flying to Japan solo. I wasn't allowed to talk about my role in the movie till it was closer to the release time of the movie in Japan and I understood so I hadn't said a word. I asked the ones I had told not to say anything either.

The staff had taken care of my suitcases and stuff, and now it was up to them and the bodyguards to get me and the rest of Stray Kids to my gate successfully. They had come to see me off, which I was super grateful for, and I thought it was cute. 

"Kiba-ssi, we're here at the gate. Say your goodbyes." My manager said, and I said goodbye to him first, begging him to take care of himself and everyone else.

I hugged Chan first, "Take care leader. I love you, and I'll work hard overseas for Stray Kids."

"Don't overwork yourself and come back to us safely." Chan said, his leaderness coming out, "We'll hopefully see you when your free to shoot with us."

Lee Know was next, "I love you Hyung. Take care of the others and yourself and don't have too much fun without me."

"I never could Kiba-ah. Take care and blow our socks off with your acting." He replied as he stroked the back of my head softly.

I then hugged Changbinnie hyung, but I had to bend down which made me laugh, "Changbin hyung, don't grow when I'm gone."

"YA! I NEED TO GROW!" He shouted back offended, "No but Kiba-ah, you've worked out hard, so they'll obviously want you to play the character and if they send you back, I'll fight them for you."

"Thank you, Changbin hyung."

I moved onto Hyunjin who messed my hair up as we hugged and called me cute, "Stay safe Hyunjin-ah, and the whole drama thing is going to blow over before you know it."

"I know Kiba-ah, I love you. Fighting!" He said with a sad smile, and I hugged him again before moving onto Han and Felix.

"Come here you two!" I smiled at my hyungs who were super cute, and Felix was tearing up a bit, "Don't cry hyung!"

"I'll miss you so much!" Felix sobbed out and I chuckled with Han, "You'll be gone 6 months!"

"Not even that. I'll be flying back at least 2 times!" I said and he shook his head and hugged both me and Han harder. I had to break free from his grip to move onto I.N.

"I.N-ah!" I said and brought him into a hug and rested my chin on top of his head since I was taller, "Stay young, don't get old like Channie Hyung."

He laughed and looked at me as we took a step backwards, "Go get that fat pay check dude."

I smiled and nodded. I then turned to Seungmin who smiled at me sadly, fresh tears trying not to spill over the edge. I grabbed his hand and kissed his ring. He looked at me before pulling me into a bone-crushing hug.

"I'm going to miss you so much." He whispered, "You better keep your promise."

"I will." I whispered back, "I promise to love you the most when I get back. I promise to marry you too."

"Right after you get back." He said and I chuckled loudly in his neck.

"I think we might have to wait just a bit longer..."

"No."

I was eventually pulled from Seungmin's arms and guided to my seat on the plane. JYP had surprisingly paid for 1st class plane tickets for myself and the few staff members following me to Japan to ensure my safety, and I had a clear view of where the boys were waving in the airport, and I smiled as my plane stopped touching the ground.
