Our heroes were now stopping at the Hall of Justice to pick up some equipment for the mission.
"Whoa! This place is awesome!" Cole said.
"Welcome to the Hall of Justice, it's where we all meet up when we deal with dangerous threats." Barry said.
"So why are we here?" Chase asked.
"If you guys are gonna help us, you need to be armed and ready to fight metas." Cisco said as he opened the a hatch which had tech weapons of all kinds.
"Whoa! My type of weapons!" Garth said as he takes a pulse cannon. Each of them took a weapon off the wall.
While looking around, Brok and Graff came across a pet pen, with strange looking animals in there. They wake up and look at them.

"What are these?" Brok asked pointing at them.

"Palismen. A palisman is a sentient magical totem that is bonded to a witch/wizard/sorcerer as their familiar. The palisman acts as a staff, and are acquired by the witch/wizard/sorcerer as part of their education. Palismen can prove to be both a loyal friend and a powerful magic-enhancer, acting as an external source of magic for use in spells, transportation, weaponry, among other functions. We've kept them here in hopes they've find new homes with new owners." Barry explained.
"So... these little ones are waiting to be adopted?" Graff asked.
"These little ones have not had homes in many years. Most have been either abandoned, forgotten, or lost. They want to feel a connection. Kneel and state your deepest wish, and your like-minded partner will find you." Barry said. Brok then goes to them.
"I want to be the greatest detective, to be there to protect the innocent, solve mysteries and crime, fight for Truth, Justice, and defend anyone who suffers and treated horribly." Brok said to the Palismen.
"A protective spirit. Dawg will be perfect for you." Barry said as the dog-pig like Palisman came to him and turned into staff form.
