Prapai watched his boyfriend frantically pace the room looking for the pieces of his uniform. He loved to watch Sky's movements as he walked because he could see the muscles of his back flexing as he stretched. Sky turned and stared directly at Pai who was grinning like an idiot.
"What are you so happy about?" Sky said. "You made me late!"
"It wasn't my idea to cuddle after breakfast! And I'm not the one who fell asleep in his boyfriend's comfortable arms!"
"See, it is your fault! If you weren't so comfy, I wouldn't be running late." Sky smiled, and leaned forward, his shirt still unbuttoned. He planted a small kiss on Pai's nose and stood up. It had been a long road to get to this point, but Pai was glad they had made it through the worst part. It had taken Sky ages to be able to walk around without clothes on, because it made him feel vulnerable. And exposing his chest was also hard because of the scars on his nipples.
Suddenly, Pai felt a pang of guilt. The first time they were together, he had told Sky how much he liked his pierced nipples, not knowing it was something that had hurt sky deeply in the past. Sky noticed his eyes getting misty and leaned forward again, this time, cupping his boyfriend's strong jaw and pulling his face close.
"I love you." Sky whispered. "Thank you for being so comfortable."
Pai breathed in the scent of a freshly showered Sky and wrapped his arms around Sky's waist, pulling him back onto the bed. "You really know how to drive me crazy; you know that?"
"I really do have to go." Sky nipped Pai's bottom lip and smiled. Reluctantly, Pai let go and laid back down on the pillow, pretending to sulk. He watched as Sky quickly grabbed his bag and slipped out the door.
As Sky raced into the school, Rain was waiting for him in the lobby. He hiked his bag onto his shoulder and wai'd an "I'm sorry" to his friend.
"Where have you been? We have our exam in thirty minutes!" Rain was panicked, and rightfully so. But Sky was still remembering what had happened to make him late and chuckled to himself. He felt lucky enough to have a boyfriend that didn't make him want to leave.
"I'm sorry, I lost track of time." He made a straight face, trying not to let on that he was still a bit giddy from the night before, because Rain was still...well, Rain, and would want to know every detail about his night with P'Pai.
Sky's phone buzzed in his pocket. He looked at the screen, but the number was not one that he recognized. He placed it back into his pocket, assuming it was just a scam call, and raced after Rain, who was now half-way to their classroom.
