Norman's pov:
Hi my name's Norman and I'm 16 who's a werewolf with white fur. Today's the day I get my results of what position I get! I hope I'm not a Omega nor Ray or anyone else. I've had a crush on Ray since we were 14 and we're now 16 so I wanted the best for him. There's also been alert in the area that there's a assassin who's becoming a Alpha so we have to keep an eye out for them. I never understood why they would assassinate so many Alpha's and werewolves. I just hope me and my friends don't die because of them. Anyway besides from that I'm meeting up with the others and I'm thinking about confessing to him soon! But I know he might not return my feelings so I'll prepare if that happens.
Ray's pov:
Name's Ray and I'm 16 who's a assassin. I mainly assassinate Alpha's or any bad werewolves. I'm the oldest and most mature out of everyone in my friends. There's also Norman who's also more mature but I'm a better strategist than him even though he's the one with the brains. Yep I like him, I have for a while and it's cause of his smile. But he can be a stupid albino when it comes to love. Today I'm most likely going to become a Alpha and they're suspecting the assassin to be a Alpha so after I get my results, I'm going to fake being a Omega so that I don't get suspected. I don't need anyone to find out. They think the assassin has blue fur which I dyed my fur blue whenever I go on my missions but my actual fur color is black with dark emerald green like my eyes. I heard my phone buzz and it was Emma asking if I was coming. I told her I would be there in a second. When I arrived, Emma jumped on me giving me a big hug.
"Ray! You're finally here!"
"Yeah of course I am you antenna idiot." I said smirking.
"Wha-hey! Rude!" she yelled letting me go.
The others were laughing at my insult to Emma including Norman. God he's gonna make me blush.
"Come on let's go, it's almost time for our results." Norman said with a chuckle and his sweet smile.
Now I can feel myself heating up as I nodded.
"Ray are you ok? You seem to be heating up." Norman said touching my forehead
It made my face go red and I said, "Yeah I'm fine."
"If you say so."
We went to the center for our results and we waited till they called our numbers. Everyone has a ID number on their necks in human form so you don't see it when you're in your wolf form.
"Number 81194!" they called.
"Good luck Ray." Norman said.
"Thanks."
I got up and walked to the people who were giving results and they whispered to me, "You're a Alpha, your mark should appear now on your neck on the same side as your ID but it might look a bit different because...." (you'll know what they fully say next chapter)
"Awesome thank you." I said
Time to start my act. I pretended to be upset but tried to hide it and ran to the bathroom. I brought foundation and eye liner to cover my mark up and replace it with a Omega mark. I knew what they looked like cause my dad used to be one. Once I covered it up I came back staring at the floor.
"Hey why did you go to the bathroom?" Don asked
"What kind of question is that stupid?" I asked looking up at them.
"Ray Don's just checking if you're ok." Gilda said backing him up.
"Well I'm fine." I said raising my voice a bit
"Ray are yo-" I cut Norman off
"I said I'm fine!" I yelled
They fletched as I gave them a angry glare and walked home with my hands in my pockets.
All going to plan. Let's see how long these idiots fall for this. I thought making me smirk a little and quickly changed to a straight face. When I got home, I changed into a sweater with werewolves on it cuz we're cool and sweat pants. I ended getting a snack since I was hungry but by the time I got to the kitchen, I touched the counter and fire spread on it?! I quickly put it out and I realized this was what they mentioned to me. Then the door rang and it was Norman.
"Yo Norman. What's up?"
He walked inside and said, "Not much just wanted to hangout."
I nodded and closed the door. He sat in the living room which was connected to the kitchen and started to watch TV. I knew the drill and got popcorn and sat next to him. Thankfully I didn't set the kitchen on fire. Norman leaned his head on my shoulder as I was in deep thought. I want to confess my feelings to him but he won't like me back. Heck I don't think he would like me once he finds out the truth about me being the assassin and a very special Alpha.
"Ray?"
"Hm?"
"Are you a Omega?"
