𝐷𝐼𝐹𝐹𝐸𝑅𝐸𝑁𝑇 𝐶𝑂𝐿𝑂𝑈𝑅𝑆 𝑆𝑃𝐿𝐴𝑇𝑇𝐸𝑅𝐸𝐷 𝐴𝐶𝑅𝑂𝑆𝑆 the guitar show the personality behind the musician. The way her mind created a melody and immediately translated it to song. The ideas flowing through her head show amazing skill. The sound of the electric guitar floods through the house, bringing music to her ears, but a dreadful annoyance to one in particular. Her father.
Juno allows her creativity to flow through music and her worries wash away in the notes she plays. Almost stuck in a trance, Juno didn't hear the sound of her father, Victor, knocking on her door. It wasn't until she slowed the song down slightly that she heard him banging on the door.
"Could you not be an idiot for one minute? I'm trying to get my work done and that's kind of hard when you're playing that obnoxious instrument!" Victor complained, but was met with an eye roll from his daughter. She knew that if he ever saw that response, more bruises would appear on her heart and skin, so instead, she put on her angelic mask she wears to hide her pain. "Sorry. I didn't mean to bug you."
"Whatever. Just stop being loud." Victor ordered, attempting to end the debacle. Juno's eyes only rested on the vacant door now as she listened to his footsteps get further and further away. Her heart sank to the bottom of her stomach, she didn't know it could get deeper.
Trying to forget about everything, Juno continued to play her guitar, but she lowered the volume on the speaker as to not disturb her father. Ever since the day of the crash, Victor has never treated Juno the way he used to.
When Juno was very little and her mother was still around, her mother had a severe drinking problem. She took it out on others, except for her family. Juno's mother protected her family no matter what. However, she couldn't protect herself since she made the mistake of driving drunk. She crashed into another car, killing the other people and herself. Victor was never the same after his wife died and for some unknown reason, he took that anger out on Juno.
Victor never said he loved her, he always asked for things without giving anything in return and he hates everything about his daughter. Juno's never done anything to him except love him. She just wanted her father back.
