Revelation Films is a British film and television production and distribution company delivering visual entertainment via cinema, television and digital platforms. Some of their most famous programs include Gangsters: Faces Of The Underworld (Discovery) and The Real Manhunter (Sky Crime) Set up in 1992, the company also specialises in video, DVD, and Blu Ray releases. This company gained the rights to distribute Terrahawks on VHS and DVD. For the first time, the much-awaited re-release of the series saw all 39 episodes of the series released in their original, uncut format for the first time. The DVDs and VHSs were released simultaneously, and each volume (9 in total, which comprised the same episodes on the VHS and DVD volumes). Also notable for this release was the unique 'Noughts & Crosses' end credits shown in their entirety. It was announced in early June 2002 that the series was to be rereleased by Revelation Films, and that the first VHS/DVD set would be released on 11th July.

The first volume carried the catalogue numbers PAR61159 (DVD) and PAR50152 (VHS). The retail price for Volume 1 was  £15.99 (DVD) and £10.99 (VHS). The first block of 13 episodes was released on 23rd September 2002 (some sources indicate 9th September). An entire series was released, containing 9 individually cased volumes. Volumes 1-3 were released on VHS and DVDs, and a set comprising the first 3 DVD volumes was released at the same time. The DVD box set was at the RRP price of £69.99, but Amazon's price was £52.49. Volumes 4-6 were released on VHS and DVD on 23rd March 2003 (along with a box set of Volumes 4-6 together), and Volumes 7-9 exclusively on DVD on 29th September 2003 with a final box set release of the three discs. The episode list (which runs mostly in the transmitted order the series was shown in) is as follows;

Volume 1; Expect The Unexpected (Parts 1&2), Thunder Roar, Close Call

Volume 2; From Here To Infinity, Space Samauri, The Sporrila, Happy Madeday

Volume 3; Gunfight At Okay's Corral, The Ugliest Monster Of Them All, The Gun, Thunder Path, Mind Monster

Volume 4; To Catch A Tiger, The Midas Touch, Operation S.A.S, Ten Top Pop

Volume 5; Unseen Menace, A Christmas Miracle, Midnight Blue, Play It Again, Sram

Volume 6; My Kingdom For A Zeaf, Zero's Finest Hour, The Ultimate Menace, Gold, Ma's Monsters

Volume 7; Two For The Price Of One, Child's Play, Jolly Roger One, Runaway

Volume 8; First Strike Earth, Terratomb, Doppelganger, Cry UFO

Volume 9; Space Cyclops, Timewarp, Space Giant, Cold Finger, Operation Zero

Once again, Gold is placed in an odd position as Episode 25 in this run as opposed to say Episode 3. It's better at least it's not Episode 39! The BBFC passed the whole series as a U. Volume 1 passed with a runtime of 97 minutes on 27th June 2002, Volume 2 at 94 minutes on 6th August, and Volume 3 running for 118 minutes on 28th November 2002. Volumes 4, 5 (94 mins) and 6 (118 minutes) were all passed on 16th April 2003, whereas Volumes 7, 8, (93 mins) and 9 (116 mins) were passed on 8th September 2003. The cover for the complete series (which included an exclusive bonus disc) featured a black image with Zelda on the front, with the Terrahawks logo and heads of Ninestein, Mary, Kate, Hawkeye and Hiro beside the logo. The back side of the complete set featured Ninestein in the centre of the image. This logo was used on all the releases of the Revelation Films Terrahawks range. The Volume 1-3 set featured the image of Zelda, Yung-Star, Cy-Star, Sram, and the Sporilla, the Volume 4-6 featured the image of Zelda's Martian base and a different image of Zelda for Volumes 7-9.

The videos stated the number of episodes on the front of the tape and the episode titles on the front of the DVDs. The individual covers for sets follow as such; Volume 1 had the image of Zelda from the complete DVD series, whereas Volume 2 featured an image of Ninestein and Zelda. The same image of Ninestein was used for the cover of Volume 3. The episode titles and crew credits on the previous 3 volumes were removed following the March 2003 release, and instead just featured the episode numbers on the front of the DVDs as the VHS releases did. Volume 4 featured Mary on a red background, whilst Volume 5 showed Yung-Star on yet another red coloured background. Volume 6 featured Kate Kestrel in yet another red background, whilst Volume 7 featured Hawkeye, Volume 8 with Zelda, and Volume 9 with Hiro featured light blue background covers. When all the volumes were together, the spines of the set spelt out the logo of Terrahawks.
