CHAPTER TWO
REI'S ENTRY
REI KETSUEKI.
HER PAST, unknown to everyone besides a few select staff members in UA.
Her age was fifteen, and her birthday was the twenty-third of June. Iida couldn't help but find himself wondering about Rei. Thus, he went to the person he knew would probably have the most information on her.
"Midoriya? Would you happen to have some notes on the new student?" Iida asked Midoriya curiously at lunch, tapping the green-haired boy on the shoulder gently. Midoriya turned and nodded with a smile.
"Yeah! Here, let me get my notebook..." Midoriya grabbed a notebook from nearby and flipped to a page, before handing it over to Iida. "I don't have much on her yet. She isn't very open about herself." Midoriya laughed nervously.
Iida read the passage in the notebook, his eyes glancing through it as his glasses lenses glared.
REI KETSUEKI
AGE: 15
BIRTH: 06/23
QUIRK: UNKNOWN-- SOME SORT OF BLOOD RELATED QUIRK LIKE VLAD KING.
REI CAN MANIPULATE BLOOD IN ANYONES' BODY THROUGH PHYSICAL TOUCH. SHE CAN ALSO USE AND MANIPULATE HER BLOOD TO MAKE OBJECTS AND REVERSE/HEAL WOUNDS, BUT ONLY IF THE WOUNDED IS BLEEDING AND IF THE USER HAS ENERGY GATHERED IN THEIR BLOOD. HER QUIRK ALSO ENHANCES HER SENSES.
DRAWBACKS OF HER QUIRK ARE BLOOD LOSS, NAUSEA, FATIGUE, AND FAINTING.
IT SEEMS REI HAS A DISTASTE FOR MAKING WEAPONS FROM HER BLOOD. SHE SAID SHE PREFERS CLOSE RANGE BATTLES.
SHE HAS AMAZING SPEED AND STRENGTH, BUT WON'T CLUE ME IN AS TO WHY.
MOVES:
BLOOD BEND; THE CONTROLLING OF BLOOD CIRCULATION.
HEART MONITOR; THE EXAMINATION AND MANIPULATION OF THE HEART, USING REI'S OWN ENHANCED SENSES FROM HER QUIRK'S MUTATION.
EXPLOSION; A MOVE REI DOESN'T DARE DESCRIBE IN MUCH DETAIL. SHE SAYS SHE CAN MAKE BLOOD EXPLODE.
LIFE SUPPORT; HEALING WOUNDS FROM HER BLOOD.
HERO COSTUME;
A THIN COSTUME WITH A COLOR PALLET OF WHITE, AND RED HIGHLIGHTS. CONSISTS OF A TIGHT BODY SUIT.
REI SEEMS WEAK TO SUPPORT ITEM RELAGED ATTACKS OR SHORT DISTANCE ATTACKS LIKE KICKS OR PUNCHES IF SHE ISN'T AWARE OF HER SURROUNDINGS.
HER STOIC PERSONALITY SEEMS LIKE A GOOD TACTIC TO INTIMIDATE AND SCARE OFF OPPONENTS. I'LL HAVE TO WRITE MORE ABOUT HER ONCE I OBTAIN MORE INFORMATION.
Iida handed Midoriya's notebook back to him after reading over the entry once or twice. "Why'd you want notes on the new student?" Midoriya asked curiously with a raised brow. Iida snapped out of his thoughts.
"I just can't read her like I can with the others," Iida confessed, "I admittedly want to befriend her. She seems like an excellent opponent in combat."
Midoriya chuckled. "You seem very determined about befriending her. I hope my notes could help with what you're looking for-- about her that is. Even if my notes are vague." Midoriya rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly.
"Not to worry, Midoriya! It helped lots!" Iida chopped the air rapidly with a smile on his face. Now, he had to come about a way to befriend Rei, as mysterious as she was.
