Chapter 8

(An hour later)

🐶Bruno🐶

It made me very happy that all guests had fun in my waterpark. Luckily, Monty only smashed one of the water-spitting dolphin figures and didn't break anything else. I was mad at the alligator for splashing water on Roxy and not even apologizing to her.

I had become very good friends with Freddy and the other animatronics (except with Monty, who I'll probably never become friends with either). If I tried to strike up a normal conversation with the alligator, it would just growl at me or ignore me.

My best friend at the Pizzaplex was Sundrop.

I was now in Superstar Daycare playing hide and seek with Sunny and the kids because I had to open my waterpark this morning and didn't have time to play.

Sunny covered his eyes with both hands and started counting while the kids and I looked for good hiding places.

The children hid themselves in the ball pit and in the two climbing towers. I hid in the little green playhouse. "Sunny will never find me here." I said and chuckled softly.

"Hidden or not, here I come." said the yellow sun man when he had finished counting. Then he started looking for me and the children.

I went through the daycare and searching Bruno and the children. I looked into the ball pit. "I found you Luca." I said cheerfully to the little boy and carefully lifted him out of the ball pit. "That was a great hiding place."

"I'll help you find the others Sunny." said the little boy to me.

"Thank you my little one." I answered the boy and looked behind one of the big colorful pillows. "And I found you Mary." I said happily to the little blond girl.

"Now we just have to find Bruno, Sophie, Lena, Max and Georgie." said the little blond girl and snuggled up to me.

I looked around and spotted Bruno's wagging dog tail hanging out of the green playhouse.

I took Luca and Mary by the hand then I went to the playhouse.

"I found you, Bruno." I said cheerfully and giggled. The two children giggled too.

"What? But...but how could you find me?" asked Bruno and came out of the little green playhouse.

"Your dog tail was hanging out of the playhouse." said Sunny.

I then giggled too and looked for the other children together with Sunny and the two children.

When we found the other kids, we wanted to play something different. We went to the small tables and started to tinker. Maybe I could tinker something for Roxy.

I drew a heart on a piece of red paper and cut it out. Then I wrote 'I love you' on the heart and glued some glitter stones on it.

"Do you think Roxy will like it?" I asked the yellow sun man.

Sunny nodded. "She'll like it for sure."

I smiled.

I opened my stomach hatch and carefully placed the tinkered heart inside.

I said goodbye to Sunny and the kids, then left Daycare and headed to Rockstar Row.

I stood in front of the mirror in my room. "You are the best. I know. Nobody is more beautiful than you. Thank you." I said admiring my beauty. "Everyone loves you." My gaze fell on Bruno's letter. "Bruno loves you." I closed my eyes smiling.

I took my hairbrush and began to brush my hair and tail neatly.

I came to Rockstar Row, some guests were just exploring the small museum.

I looked to the large window pane of Roxy's room. The female wolf stood in front of her mirror and brushed her hair and tail.

Two boys ran up to me and asked for an autograph. Wow, I've only been a member of the glamrock band since yesterday and I've already had fans.

I gave the two boys autographs with a smile and gave them one hug.

When the two boys left I sat on a bench because I had nothing to do and I was bored.

I heard Monty rampage around his room, throwing and smashing something.

I turned away from the mirror. My tail started wagging when I saw Bruno sitting on a bench on Rockstar Row.

I left my room and went to the brown dog and sat next to him on the bench.

"I really liked your letter. Nobody has ever written anything so cute for me." I said to Bruno and looked at him gently.

He blushed slightly.

I moved closer to him. "But I would like to hear it from you personally. Can you also tell me?"

He said nothing and blushed even more.

"Do not you want to talk to me?" I asked him sadly and drooped my ears.

As Roxy get up from the bench, I gently grabbed her arm to keep her from walking away. She looked at me. "I..I wanted to tell you that I love you the whole time but...but I just didn't dare." I said shyly.

I opened my stomach hatch and took out the tinkered heart. "This is for you." I said and gave her the heart.

"Did you make that especially for me, Bruno. It's beautiful." said Roxy.

I felt Roxy had wrap her tail gently around mine.

"You are so beautiful Roxy." I said with red cheeks.

Roxy kissed me softly, I almost fell off the bench in surprise. I returned her kiss and gently pulled her closer to me.

"I love you too, Bruno." said the female wolf and laid her head on my shoulder.
