Chapter 4

🐶Bruno🐶

And again, my cheeks immediately blushed when Roxy took my hand. The female wolf walked with me through a gate leading to Roxy Raceway. The entrance area was illuminated with violet light. Tires and some posters hung on the walls. There were many golden trophies on the shelves.

Then we came to the huge Roxy Raceway area. On the right were several rows of seats for spectators. Next to it was a silver statue of Roxy holding a flag. On the wall to the left was a large picture of Roxy, in this picture she was wearing black sunglasses and a black and red racing outfit.

We walked down a hallway. That seemed to be the main hallway, there were several racing cars on display. In one corner was a small green and red motorcycle whose tires gave off a beautiful neon pink light. Behind this motorcycle was a wall with black steering wheels, but there was also a green steering wheel.

The kart track looked like a desert landscape decorated with neon purple lights. Big rocks were everywhere. The 'Roxy Raceway Logo' was written on the wall with red upper-case with a white border, and above it was a huge monitor with which one could keep an eye on the kart race.

The Glamrock Beauty Salon was located in the middle of this rocky desert area. Next to the Beauty Salon there was a small fenced-in playground with a ball pit, a slide, a climbing tower and a swing. Four children were playing happily there on the playground.

"Wow." said I. Roxy Raceway was really great.

"Roxy Raceway is the best attraction." said the female wolf proudly, wagging her tail.

I smiled at her. Hope I didn't have red cheeks.

Then I occurred to me that I still had to open my waterpark. But I won't do that until tomorrow because our performance at the stage will soon begin.

Roxy went to some garages with me. One of the garage doors was open, her karts were inside. I had noticed that these karts were all adapted to the design of the animatronics.

Roxy snuggled up to the kart with the number 1, wagging her tail.

"I won my first race with this kart. I love it." said the female wolf.

I went to the kart with the number 7. It was my design and looked really great.

"Would you like to try out it?" asked Roxy me suddenly and went to me.

"I...I don't know..." I stuttered in sheepishly, cheeks red, my ears drooping slightly. I didn't know how to drive a kart at all.

Me and my biggest fan went to the Roxy Raceway area to annoy Roxanne. We threw each other a ball. I see Roxy and Bruno in one of the garages.

"Hello." I shouted and waved at the two with a grin. My biggest fan held onto the ball.

Roxy came out of the garage growling. "Monty, go away and you can take your idiot fan with you!" she yelled at me.

I rolled my eyes. My biggest fan threw the ball up and caught it.

I looked out of the garage and saw Monty with a boy. The boy threw up a ball and caught it again.

Roxy wanted the two to leave immediately, but Monty and the boy didn't go.

The female wolf tried to take the ball away from the boy.

"Monty, I'll strangle your fan if he doesn't give me that ball right now!" yelled Roxy loudly and growled.

The alligator just laughed.

The boy kicked the ball toward the open garage. The beautiful female wolf was startled.

I caught the ball before it could hit and damage Roxy's favorite kart.

Monty and the boy stared at me because they couldn't believe I had caught the ball.

I tossed the ball to Monty.

"You two play best where you can't break anything." said I.

The alligator narrowed his eyes at me and then left the Roxy Raceway area with the boy.

I was so glad that nothing happened to my favorite kart. I went to the brown dog and looked him gently. "Thanks Bruno." I said and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He immediately blushed.

Then I taught him how to drive a kart.
