Chapter 15

🐶Bruno🐶

Me and Chica were in the kitchen now. The kitchen area was huge, encompassing multiple rooms filled with kitchen essentials like ovens, sinks, refrigerators, and more. Some Mop Bots were in the area. The white chicken fetched the ingredients that we need to make the pizzas. I saw some empty pizza boxes lying in a corner of the kitchen.

"Chica, could it be that you ate all the pizzas and we because of that have to bake new ones now?" I asked the white chicken.

Chica put the pizza ingredients on the table, then looked at me and said. "What? No, no, what makes you think I ate all the pizzas? I didn't eat any of the pizzas." the white chicken looked nervous and then quickly looked away.

One of the Mop Bots stopped mopping the floor and turned to face us. "Yet Chica you have..." the Mop Bot couldn't speak further because the white chicken took a pot and threw it against the Bot's head so that the Mop Bot fell backwards to the ground.

I twitched my ears slightly and still looking at the white chicken. "Chica tell the truth."

Chica sighed and answered with red cheeks. "Okay, yes, I'll admit it. I ate all the pizzas, but they were just so delicious. Please help me to make new pizzas now, otherwise the guests won't have anything to eat later."

I smiled and said. "Well then, let's start baking. But you have to promise that you won't eat the pizzas again, okay?"

Chica nodded smiling.

"She will never promise that!" said another Mop Bot while mopping the floor.

I used to bake pizza with Mia in the old pizzeria, so I knew very well how it worked. So me and Chica started making the pizzas.

When we were finally done with baking pizzas, we put the leftover ingredients back neatly in the cupboard. It was a lot of fun baking pizzas with Chica.

"Thanks for helping me Bruno. If Vanessa found out I ate all the pizzas she would have punished me for sure and locked me in my room." said the white chicken and hugged me.

"It was fun. Maybe sometime we can bake together again." said I to her. Chica smiled. I smiled back.

Me and Bruno went back to Rockstar Row. We had to practice our stage performance now in the rehearsal room. I quickly went to my room to get my guitar. Monty get his bass guitar and Roxy get her keytar. A bot gave the brown dog a black microphone that looked exactly like Freddy's.

Vanessa went with us to the rehearsal room that was behind Rockstar Row.

Bruno looked a little scared because he had to sing and was shaking a little. Roxy snuggled up to him lovingly. Monty looked coldly at the brown dog.

I looked around. In the rehearsal room there were several chairs and a small stage on which we could practice our performance. With only sparse lighting from dim overhead lights and computer screens, the room was almost entirely shrouded in shadow. The floor was gray and there were unfinished layers of paint on the walls.

Vanessa gave me the lyrics to the song I was supposed to practice.

I read the lyrics through a few times and then sighed.

"Officer Vanessa, are you really sure that this fleabag should sing on main stage today? He can't do that!" Monty suddenly said to the security guard.

Roxy growled angrily.

"How do you want know he can't? Bruno will be just as good can becomes as Freddy, so leave him alone!" Vanessa replied to the alligator. "Onto the stage with you four."

Monty narrowed his eyes at me and then walked onto the stage. Chica also walked onto the stage.

Roxy went to me and gave me a soft kiss on my cheek and said. "You can do that."

The beautiful female wolf walked onto the stage and stood next to Chica.

I took a deep breath then I walked onto the stage.

Vanessa sat down on one of the chairs to watch us. "Roxy your fans want to get a better look at you on main stage so please stand a little bit closer to the front tonight so they can see you better. Okay then starts."

Roxy smiled proudly when she heard her fans wanted to see her better on the main stage.

Chica started playing her guitar, then played it down a bit so Monty would know when to start playing the bass. As soon as Roxy heard the first bass she started playing her keytar. Then the three all played together. Finally, when it was my turn, I began to sing while the others played their instruments.

We practiced the performance as long until we got it right.
