On paper The Facility didn't actually exist and was strictly 'need to know', even the president was sworn to never tell the American people about it's existance for fear that they would demand it be dismantled.
The Facility trains young children to protect and defend the homeland, 'for God and Country' it was a mantra constantly instilled into the children so they knew their time there would be for something important, or so that's what they believed.
But once they've outlived their purpose, they were eliminated. You see The Agency, which takes over once the canidate graduates from The Facility go into the field, they can't afford to have their secrets out there living and breathing to a ripe old age, potentially exposing secrets.
I grew up in The Facility and because I didn't want to die before the age of seven, I became the best that ever went through the program.
You my mother was a crack addict and she gave me away for a deal on not going to jail plus five hundred dollars, she didn't even know who my father was, I was raised by a foster mother until I was three years old and she was the one that named me Callie.
From then on The Facility became my mother and my father, I became the best to please them, I graduated the program at fourteen and had the most successful missions out of all of my peers.
I had hoped that it would ensure a long future for me, but then I got word that my peers around the world were being killed and since we didn't exist outside The Facility, bodies went unclaimed.
Then I got word that I was supposed to meet up in Jordan, I waited at a safehouse in Amman.
