28 || The Auction

As soon as they arrived, they already saw how the museum is full of different people.

They were acknowledged as the Royal Family as they entered the building. Many people admired them, especially Thadeus. Every daughters and sons of each parents admired him from afar. The daughters wanted to be with him and the sons who wanted to be him. Women can't help but to roll their eyes in annoyance when they saw Thadeus walking beside his husband, Aura together while their hands are intertwined.

The crowd admired Aura as his beauty glowed and enchanted everyone in the room.

"King Titus, Madam Tiara, it's a pleasure to see you again here." A man approached them, bowing to lay respect for the royal family.

He wears a black suit with a pair of eyeglasses tucked in his nose bridge. His hair was salt and pepper yet tall but not as tall as the male titans.

"Mister Forde, the pleasure is ours." Tiara replied humbly.

"Prince Aris and Knight Althea, good evening." He greeted bowing in process until he met the couple beside them.

"Crown Prince Thadeus and I presume, your husband? Crown Prince Aurora." He mused with a smile to them.

"What a pleasant evening for the both of you. I'm so glad I finally got the chance to meet the future Queen of the kingdom." He said.

"It's nice meeting you too Mr. Forde." Aura replied with a smile.

"Please, this way, the Waleskas and McKnights are already waiting for your arrival." Mr. Forde motioned them towards the way and they obliged, following the kind gentleman. When they arrived at the room, they saw Viktor and Ysabella Waleska talking to Phytos and Lira Solomon. There's also Calvin McKnight talking to his wife, Mildred McKnight at the other side about their expectations on the auction tonight.

There are also other people in the room, waiting for the auction to start and when they saw the Royal Family arrived, they stare at them and admired them silently from afar, especially the newest addition of the family, Aurora Imperial - Crimsonblack. There are many news regarding of him, some good, some bad but Aura didn't care about those news, especially the bad ones since he doesn't give a damn about fake news.

They were lead by Mr. Forde into their seats, being at the center. As they sat, Mr. Forde went into the stage, standing at the podium as he officially announced the beginning of auction.

He noted that some of the proceeds of the auction will be donated to charities and also orphanages in every corner of Zelquestria before they begin.

It's already in the 12th item, it's a vase which was created thousands of years ago. It was sophisticated yet simple as the mint green vase was engraved by a serpent crawling around.

The auction had ended after 20 items were sold. Tiara bought 2 items, one is the table that were used by the ancient generals for planning for their next actions to the war and the other is a gauntlet that can be used as a weapon by using some sort of gems or jewels as the core.

While they socialize in the party, little did they know, a young boy seperated himself from his mother. The boy went on his own, roaming around as he entered a double door room were a plate at the top says,

"Restricted Area"

The boy was so amazed that he saw unusual objects inside the glass cages.

He saw swords, haunted dolls, haunted mirrors but what caught his attention is the black bottle at the center of the room. The boy wanted to take closer look but the item was too high for him so he looked for a chair and there he saw it not far from him.
