After Aurora, Thadeus, Aris and Saga returned from their quest, Titus immediately called for a meeting with the Elders. Tiara came with Dymitri and Theodore following her behind. As their meeting was discussed, a few Elders proposed to divide the group of people that will lead the war, hence, referring to the group of friends of Thadeus and Aurora. Some of the Elders agreed and some argued, saying that it was too dangerous to seperate the King and Queen, especially worried for the Queen.
"It's fine Elders, I know my husband is strong and powerful, more than us. Plus, I will appoint Aris, Althea and Dymitri to assist him to the Mystique Forest." Thadeus mused, assuring the Elders and High Rank officials inside the meeting room.
"Me, Saga, Yvonne and Theodore will lead the rest and head the search parties, we will hunt the Murks and locate where they are hiding the Diamond from us." He added.
A few more discussion was made before they adjourned the meeting. Aurora head towards the garden outside to refresh himself from the tension and stress. The war is clearly coming on it's way since the Murks are starting to spread wide and grew more and more.
The Elders already predicted that they will also revive the Beast of Destruction, Phantasma in a matter of days since the Diamond was taken away. They will send search parties to retrieve the Diamond in order to stop the incoming chaos yet, they always failed to get a clear location of the thief since the Murk that held it is much powerful more that the others.
Suddenly, Aurora felt a pair of muscular arms wrapped around his waist and someone snuggled against his neck, taking a deep scent while the culprit sighed in satisfaction.
"What are you doing love?" Aurora shivered as Thadeus spoke in his deep rich voice. It sent tingles and butterflies in his stomach.
"Just taking fresh air, I was too stressed these days." He admitted, his hands caressing his husband's muscular arms.
"I promise you that after we solve this, we will take a vacation, just the two of us." Thadeus pronounced, kissing his husband's neck.
"That's sounds good." Aurora giggled.
Thadeus stood up properly, his back aching of slouching since their height difference is pain in his ass. He never expected that Aurora will this be small, yet somehow, he liked it. It shows how dominant he is and he will please his husband with his strength, power and dominance.
"There you are!" Their heads snapped towards the incoming people, they saw Dymitri and Theodore, walking hand in hand while the smaller male flashed a giddy smile.
"I've been looking for you! I thought you went back to your room to rest but you two are here." He whined making Aurora chuckled.
"So, how's the quest?" Theodore asked his cousin.
"Well, we're good, except the fact that my husband is tired and stressed, I'm getting worried." He replied, wrapping the boy into his arms protectively.
"Aww, you two look so cute! But, did you know Aura, your husband is a bit of a jerk back then when we first met?" Aurora coughed after hearing his friends sudden information.
"I mean, he's always a jerk you know--- ouchhhh! Hey! That hurts!" Aurora whined when Thadeus pinched him at the side. Aurora looked up and sent a deadly glare at him while rubbing his side.
That hurts!
Although the titan looked fondly back at him seeing how adorably cute his little husband is.
"Well, since you two are now close, did the two of you already did it?" Theodore suddenly asked out of nowhere.
"P-pardon?" Aurora coughed.
