Zanpakutō; Hangetsuhisho!

Few weeks later

"Alright class, today you and your upperclassman are going to the Asauchi to acquire your Zanpakutō, now line up and head outside" Gengorō Ōnabara their new professor said arranging his papers as his students pulled out the class.

"Alright students, form a group of two or three students" the trips instructor said getting the attention of his student "can put groups be upperclassmen too?" Ayame asked with a few broken and out of place teeth "I don't care as long as your in a group" he said "Lord Byakuya please if you don't mind may I be your partner?" Ayame asked approaching the boy who was staring at Kimiko and Aizen talk "sorry I already have a group" Byakuya said heading towards their direction "Kimiko do you want to partner with me?" Byakuya asked scratching his head.

"Sorry we've already made a two man group, come on Oske" Kimiko said dragging the boy by the hand "urg, you two you're both my partner" Byakuya said addressing Ayame and Megumi "ah yes my lord~" Ayame said skipping towards his side as they walked towards the Asauchi, "alright students you'll walk into the Asauchi in group of four, five or six" the trip teacher said after they finally reached the cave "what do you think your Zanpakutō would look like?" Sosuke asked as he and Kimiko gathered in front of the tunnel.

"I don't know but I think yours will be water" Kimiko said with a laugh "what if it's not?" Sosuke asked "then illusion or something" she said laughing "what makes you think that?" Sosuke asked as they sat in a grass field "because your chill and easy to talk to, I think water would suit you best" Kimiko said "is that all?" Sosuke asked "I love water too, I guess that's what first put the thought to my mind" Kimiko said as Sōsuke blushed "then I too hope it's water" he said before getting interrupted by Byakuya, Ayame and Megumi.

"What are you guys doing?" Kimiko asked noticing the trio behind them "we're you not listening, we should form a group of four, five or six" Megumi said not looking at Kimiko in the eyes "we overheard you two talking about which Zanpakutō type you'd have and I thought I'd add my own opinion" Byakuya said walking up to the two "no one asked" Kimiko said getting up to leave.

"Alright next group get in" the trip instructor said signaling Kimiko, Sosuke, Byakuya, Ayame and Megumi to enter the cave "how are we supposed to find our way in this cave, ow" Kimiko said bumping her head on the wall "are you alright?" Byakuya and Sosuke asked in unison as she assured the two "anyways why are you two here? Don't you already have your Zanpakutō?" Kimiko asked facing the wall thinking she was looking at Ayame and Megumi "seems like your eyes hasn't focused yet" Byakuya sad facing her head towards the girls.

"Yea but we still have to participate in the activity there's an exit somewhere you guys will see the way once you get your Zanpakutō, come Ayame" Megumi said dragging her sister towards the exit she mentioned "alright, all we have to do is find the exit, let's go Oske" Kimiko said grabbing a hand and walking off thinking it was her partners.

"Ah, my eyes are starting to adjust to the darkness Os-Byakuya!" Kimiko shouted as she realized the black haired boy holding her hand "could you stop calling me that" Byakuya said embarrassed as he smelled his hand "you want me to stop calling you by your name? Aren't you always proud of it?" Kimono asked sitting on a rock "I am but I like it when you call me by my nickname" Byakuya said sitting beside her.

"No, Byakuya you have a habit of wanting to believe what you see instead of listening and getting to know the situation better, and if you don't believe me very often I'll obviously stop calling you by your nickname" Kimiko said staring at the cave walls "is that how you see me" Byakuya said placing his hand on his forehead "well I have known you for years no in fact since the day I was born I've been watching you" she said staring at his face "really, I'll say I've known you more" Byakuya said placing his hand over hers "you're really special to me Yuka" Kimiko said as they both leaned in for a kiss only to be interrupted by students chatting sound.

"Oh shoot we forgot about our assignment" Kimiko said getting up "there should be a few tunnel paths close by leading us to our Zanpakutōs, we should go I wish you best of luck" byakuya said before disappearing into the darkness "oh my goodness I can't believe we almost kissed" Kimiko said placing both hands on her flushed cheek "ah Kimiko focus" she said slapping her cheeks before heading into one off the tunnels.

"Lightning?!" Kimiko shouted as lightning struck in front of her "my own Zanpakutō want to kill me!" Kimiko said avoiding the bolts of lightning aiming towards her only to soon stop after hearing a whisper "what was that?" She asked staring at a ledge where a sword was stuck in "that must be my Zanpakutō" Kimiko said staring at the sword before letting out a sigh and heading towards the ledge avoiding the lightning bolts heading towards her.

"Alright sword, come out!" Kimiko said trying to pull the sword out the rock only to later remember something her teacher told her "a name? Kim, Nora, Masumi?" Kimiko called as she pulled 'say my name from the heart' a voice said from inside her mind 'my heart? What name do I know from my heart?' Kimiko thought before getting struck by lightning "arg! I'm definitely gonna die if I stay here any longer" Kimiko said running towards the path where she came from as she heard sobbing coming from a corner.

"A child?" Kimiko asked walking towards the blue haired girl "what's wrong little one?" She asked sitting next to the child "no one wants to be friends with me, I've been here for hundreds of years and I'm so lonely" the girl said crying "I understand how you feel, I only have two guy friends and a few months ago I made two new friend only for them them to only be interested in my guy friends" Kimiko said remembering her fight with Ayame and Megumi.

"That must be really sad sorry...then would you like to be friends with me?" The child asked standing up "sure but first we need to get out of here it's dangerous" Kimiko said pointing at the lightning "don't you want the sword?" The child asked curiously "I do but it seems like the sword doesn't want me as it's master or friend since it keeps on using lightning to kill me" Kimiko said sadly "alright I'll lead you to the exit" The child said dragging Kimiko towards a bright light.

"Wait I forgot to ask your name" Kimiko said as they ran closer to the light "oh I forgot to tell you my name, it's-" the girl said (this is the part where readers can't know what's the name of the sword until further notice) "Kimiko your alright" byakuya and Sosuke said running towards kimikos side "was I the last one here?" She asked "yea, anyways let me see your Zanpakutō" Byakuya said "not until I see yours first" Kimiko said holding her sword tightly to her.

"It's name is Senbonzakura and it's a somewhat blade blossom type, what's your Aizen?" Byakuya asked showing her the sword "Kyōka Suigetsu and just like you said earlier it's a water type" Sosuke said with a laugh "I knew it" Kimiko laughed "now what's you swords name?" Byakuya asked 'name from my heart' Kimiko though as she remembered everything that happened in the cave "Hangetsuhisho" Kimiko said remembering the name the child told her before her swords blade glowed "her name's Hangetsuhisho my female friend" she said laughing.
