"I may or may not have gotten lost again" Kimiko said as she wondered the dark streets "Kimiko what the hell are you doing out here in the streets at this time?! You do realise it's 2 am" ichigo said bumping into her in the corner "hah, I got lost who would have thought it was 2:00" Kimiko said proudly "don't be proud about your lack of direction, alright let's go" ichigo said picking her up as he jumped over a light post.

"If you don't mind me asking ichigo, but what's the hurry" Kimiko asked ignorantly as he ran with her on his back "it's rukia she ran away" Ichigo informed "hold on tight" he said as he drew his sword and protected Uruyu from the red haired man's attack "Uruyu, Rukia" Kimiko said as she fell off ichigo back "Kimiko, ichigo? What are you two doing here?! Didn't you read the letter I left to not look for me?!" Rukia asked as she shouted at the two.

"What letter? I wasn't home all night" Kimiko said curiously "ah so you got lost" Rukia said sweat dropping "now's not the time to mock me!" Kimiko barked embarrassed "Kimiko check on Uryū, I'll deal with this guy" Ichigo said pointing his sword at the red haired man "alright, be careful" Kimiko said running to Uryū side "Kimiko take Uruyu and Ichigo and leave" Rukia said stopping Kimiko "don't be like that Rukia, Ichigo dragged me here to look for you" Kimiko said laying Uryū on his back as she inspected his injuries "Just a minor shoulder wound nothing I can't fix" Kimiko said tearing her dress to bandage the wound.

"You" a slightly deep monotone voice said from behind Kimiko "ah brother" Rukia said staring at the man in fear 'Byakuya' Kimiko thought as she stared at the man 'Kimiko, how long has it been since I last saw her' Byakuya thought as he stared at Kimiko "...who are you and what do you want?" Kimiko asked standing up blocking the man from getting to both Rukia and Uruyu "Kimiko you should really go, it'll get dangerous" Rukia said worriedly 'even after all these years she's still so beautiful, her eyes her hair her mole and her...chests' byakuya said checking out kimikos body while she argued with Rukia.

"What's wrong with my brother?" Rukia asked noticing Byakuya slightly flushed face "forget him, Ichigo hurt" Kimiko said attempting to check up on the boy "stay back Kimiko!" Ichigo said clenching his wounded shoulder "Kimiko, what are you doing here?" byakuya asked walking towards Kimiko and Rukia "I do not know what your talking about but for some reason you know my name" Kimiko said trying to hide his curiosity "yes it seems like I mistook you for someone else" Byakuya said before taking his attention to Ichigo.

"Ichigo!" Kimiko said running to his side after Renji used his Shikai to injure ichigo "I told you to stay away" ichigo said weakly as he fell to the ground "you know I wouldn't listen, it's my job as your mother to worry about you" Kimiko said placing her hand on his back and his hand sitting him upright "Captain if she can see us doesn't that mean she also got Rukia powers?" Renji asked glaring at the two "No! Kimiko is normal, if you harm her I'll kill you!" ichigo shouted noting the glare in Renji eyes "I'd like to see you try! Time to kill you two!" Renji said aiming his sword at the two.

"Kimiko leave me and run" ichigo said picking up his Zanpakuto after Rukia tried stopping Renji 'his spiritual pressure has increased' Kimiko thought watching ichigos speed increase "How dare you claim to harm Kimiko" Ichigo said as he slashed him 'Byakuya just standing there, what does he plan on doing?' Kimiko thought staring at byakuya who was watching the fight "don't tell me-he wouldn't dare!" Kimiko said noticing how byakuya swiftly cut ichigo zanpakuto.

"How did he?" Ichigo said to himself as he stared at byakuya shocked at what happened to his blade "Ichigo, watch out!" Kimiko said blocking the attack byakuya aimed at ichigo with her body "Kimiko?!" Ichigo said shocked as two stab wounds appeared on his body "I tried taking the hit for you but it seems the sword was intended to stab even deeper, I'm sorry...Masaki" Kimiko said as they both fell to the ground "Kimiko, please stay awake" ichigo said grabbing her cloth weakly.

"Ichigo I'm sorry" Kimiko weakly said as she steadily got up after ichigo grabbed the cloth of Byakuya "Kimiko what's are you doing?" Ichigo asked shocked "your still alive and agile" Renji said shocked as he stepped on her back "get your legs off me foolish commoner" Kimiko whispered as she glared at him shocking him "I'll put our bodies into a state of temporary death" she whispered into Ichigos ear as she laid down beside him "Urahara I'm leaving the rest to you" she whispered before dying.

"Tessai let's take Kimiko and the boy back to the shop for healing" Urahara said noticing Kimiko and Ichigo lifeless bodies/soul "their bodies are cold, I think they might be dead" Tessai said feeling the coldness in their bodies "don't worry, it's one of Kimiko special skills the ability to stop one's heartbeat and still keep them alive after an hour, she's the captain of the legendary squad 14 for a reason" Urahara explained as he patted her head.

"Ahh! What are you doing get off me!" Ichigo screamed after noticing Tessai on top of him "boss! You wanted me to tell when ichigo woke up!" Tessai announced "you work for Mr hat and claws don't you? Why are you under the covers with me get off!" Ichigo shouted pushing Tessai off him before the pain of his wounds reached him "urg, Where's Kimiko?" Ichigo asked a little bit in pain "don't worry as you can see she's with you" Urahara said walking into the room "ah, I didn't notice this is the first time I've seen Kimiko sleep this close to me" Ichigo said patting Kimiko head who was lying under the futon with him.

"Oh my forbidden love between a mother and her son, how interesting" Urahara said excitedly "shut up she's not my mom! She took a hit for me did she wake up yet?" Ichigo asked caressing her face "yea she woke up a long time ago she's been here ever since, luckily she's also in a Gigai" Urahara said mumbling the last part "what?" Ichigo asked curiously "never mind, you shouldn't move too much if not you could reopen your wounds and die" Urahara claimed fanning himself.
