Shadewood Halloween Special [DISCONTINUED]

Aster's Route part 2 (not finished)

9:14 PM:

Aster was curled up in a ball while crying on the cold concrete curb. It was 41 degrees outside, and Aster hadn't brought anything else to wear. His tears made his face colder than before. Aster could barely stand the coldness of the night. He just wanted to go home already and be next to the fire place, warming up as Valentina served him a cup of hot chocolate with some cookies. He finally got up and began walking in a random direction. He didn't know where he was going since he hadn't been on this side of town before.

Aster remembered that he had his phone on him, so he texted Valentina. He texted her for two reasons. One, she was the only one in the Everlocke home to have a car, and two, he didn't want to interrupt Alexander's and Charles' date.

Aster: Aunt Valentina please come and pick me up :(

He waited for a response for a while, but Valentina never responded to him. She didn't even read his message. Aster began to cry again as he continued walking around.

9:56 PM:

After walking for who knows how long, Aster found himself on Los Gatos Way. He saw the street sign and got a shot of happiness. Los Gatos Way was only a few blocks away from the Everlocke home, so he pushed himself to start running towards his home. Aster would've called Valentina and informed her about him walking home, but his phone ended up dying shortly after he sent her a text. He would go and charge his phone once he got to his house though.

10:09 PM:

Aster finally made it to the Everlocke home. He collapsed on the yard of his home and began to catch his breath. He was so glad to finally be back home. He stepped onto the porch and tried to open the door, only to realize that it was obviously locked. Aster began to search through Alexander's flower garden for the spare key. He remembered that Alexander had told him that he hid the spare key in his flower garden, but he never specified where exactly the key would be. After looking around for a few minutes, he found the key and entered the house.

10:16 PM:

Aster entered the Everlocke home to see Radar eating his candy by the fireplace. Radar greeted Aster as he walked in.

"Hello Aster!" Radar said like a little british boy.

"Hi Radar." Aster said back.

"What's wrong Aster? You seem upset." Radar asked.

Aster didn't respond back. He just fell to the floor and cried again. Radar hugged him and began comforting Aster. The two boys then began eating their Halloween candy together with not much talking in between.
