so you could say that my entire life, i've been on my own. first things first, i'm an only child and even though i have a close relationship with my parents, it's hard because it's sometimes really lonely.
and not to mention that i'm not liked in school and now, i've been spending my final year alone in high school.
but despite that, i've learnt that being alone isn't particularly a bad thing purely because i can actually be myself and i don't have the pressure of peers asking me to do things that make me really uncomfortable.
so, my advice is that if you are hanging out with friends who may be dragging you down, don't bother with them because i've gained more knowledge and strength from being myself than pretending to be something i'm not.
we are all unique and we all don't need to prove a point to others that we're cool just for the sake of fitting in. if they don't appreciate you for who you are, they aren't worth your time.
you are all amazing, just the way you are ❤
